After-Care
Spray Tan After-Care Instructions
Follow these spray tan after-care instructions so your color develops evenly and lasts as long as possible.
First Rinse
Rinse off your hands in about an hour. Wait 8-24 hours, or 3-5 hours for rapid tan, before your first full body rinse. Ideally, take a quick, lukewarm shower with no soaps, scrubs, or loofahs.
Smooth Moves
Being clean shaven, exfoliated and moisturized the night before your tan will help your tan go on more evenly and last longer!
Spray Tan #OOTD
After your tan, you will want to wear dark, loose fitting clothing that won't rub your top coat off!
Speckles and Freckles
The top coat of your tan is just that - a top coat to show us where we have sprayed. The actual tan will develop over the next 6-8 hours. Seeing spots? Don't stress! Those speckles and freckles will smooth out and rinse off once your tan has developed, so they won't be there for long.
Aftercare for the Afterglow
We always recommend that you moisturize like crazy after your tan has developed and you rinse your top coat off. Dry skin turns over faster, and can decrease the longevity of your tan. Pat your skin dry after showering and bathing, as rubbing the skin can potentially rub off the tan. Touch up with our take-home spray tan in a can! $28 at Beauty Lab.
