Founder and Owner
Heather is the founder of Beauty Lab + Laser and the visionary behind the brand's welcoming, confidence-first approach to aesthetics. Best known for her role on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Heather combines creativity, authenticity, and a passion for innovation to help shape the client experience and inspire the future of the Lab.
Owner
Dre oversees the operations, strategy, and growth of the Lab while continually working to elevate the client experience. A lifelong entrepreneur, she's passionate about building great teams, creating exceptional businesses, and is currently earning her esthetics license.

Regan is one of Beauty Lab + Laser's founding injectors and is widely recognized for his expertise in lip enhancement and natural-looking results. His years of experience, artistic eye, and genuine personality have earned him a loyal following throughout Utah.

Sam is the General Manager of our Riverton location, as well as a Master Esthetician, Medical Assistant, and Phlebotomist. As Beauty Lab + Laser's very first employee, she's been instrumental in building the culture, team, and client experience that define the Lab today.

Krista is the Esthetics Manager at our Riverton location and a Master Esthetician dedicated to clinical excellence and exceptional client care. She leads the esthetics team with professionalism, precision, and a passion for helping both clients and providers succeed.
