Common questions

Planning your Beauty Lab visit

How do I choose a treatment from the Beauty Lab + Laser menu?

Start with the change you want, the treatment area and any event or recovery timing that matters to you. Use the comparison groups to find relevant service pages, then review their options and preparation. If several methods seem relevant, ask the team which consultation fits your concern and treatment history.

How are tox, facial filler and Sculptra different?

Tox treatments such as Botox and Daxxify act on selected muscle activity. Hyaluronic acid fillers add temporary volume. Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator whose visible effect develops gradually. They involve different products, treatment goals and planning; an assessment helps determine which approach is appropriate.

Are IPL, Frax and XERF all laser treatments?

No. IPL uses intense pulses of broad-spectrum light for selected color concerns. Frax uses fractional laser energy for resurfacing. XERF uses radiofrequency energy for skin tightening. Compare the specific concern and preparation for each method rather than treating all device appointments as interchangeable.

How should I compare single-treatment and package prices?

Check whether the listed amount is per unit, per syringe, per treatment or a package total. Read the treatment area, included quantity, session count and any membership or add-on terms. A syringe count and a number of visits describe different things. For an option without a published price, ask the team for a quote and what it includes.

Is every treatment available at both Murray and Riverton?

Availability depends on the treatment option. Check the locations shown on the service page and the location selected in online booking; options within one service may have different availability. If your preferred clinic is not listed for the option you want, contact the team before booking another location or treatment.

Should I book a treatment or arrange a consultation first, and how do I prepare?

Follow the appointment instructions on the service page. If you are unsure which option fits, or the service calls for assessment first, contact the team about a consultation. Booking an appointment does not confirm treatment eligibility. Share relevant medical history, current medicines and skincare, and recent procedures, then follow the preparation and after-care guidance for the selected treatment.
