Whitney, the aesthetician we first met with, was and is incredible. She taught us how the laser process works, what types of results we should expect and was very thorough in the actual treatment. We've continued to work with her and have had fantastic results. She knows what she's doing and genuinely cares about her clients. The staff is wonderful to work with, the location is nice. I just had my first facial at Beauty Lab + Laser and I fear I may never emotionally recover… because now I know how the other half lives. Yes… THE Beauty Lab + Laser. Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader… dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you… it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you “queen.” I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I’ve ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes.

Outstanding experience with Amy Hopkins at Beauty Lab Laser in Riverton, Utah. Amy is incredibly personable and instantly put me at ease. Laser treatments can be uncomfortable, but she talked to me throughout each session, which kept me relaxed and made a huge difference in how I felt. Most importantly, I’ve seen the best results with Amy—better than what I received from my plastic surgeon’s laser treatments. Her skill, gentle approach, and calming presence make her stand out. Elsha, Chloe, and Jason knocked my first experience OUT OF THE PARK!!! I recently just got into botox and filler, and being a natural girly for so long, of course I was shaking in my boots. I was worried about miss proportion, too much, or just looking weird in general. I clearly let them know upon walking in the door that I was super nervous and I was shaking cause MUH FACE. MY LIPS. The kithers. While waiting on the fabulous Jason to mini plump me up, Elsha talked me through the process, products used, healing, and answered any questions I had concerning the appointment. I drive 5 hours from Jackson (Hole), WY to come here. That’s how good they are. I see Tori. I would consider her a master injector, and I’ve been getting poked since 2005. She won’t inject if you need quite need it yet, and will tell you what the plan is. Her lip injections are always on point though. Pun intended. Every assistant I have ever had in the room with me and for pre/post has been amazing, too. 5 stars.

I absolutely LOVE my results. I’m new to getting anything done- I’m a few months away from 40 and I still want to look as natural as possible. I got a full hydrafacial at the Riverton location. It was amazing! My face looks and feels so soft and hydrated. It’s perfect for July while it’s so hot and dry outside. And Lauren was so kind and so good at her job. She made me feel right at home and completely relaxed. I didn’t want to leave! I will definitely be booking with her again. I highly recommend this location and I would say ask for Lauren because she was THE best.

After years of clear skin I've been breaking out in adult acne that's almost worse than highschool. I had two facial peels gifted to me I decided to use. Yesterday Chloe did a mini facial peel for me (I've never done it before so she wanted to start slow). She described every step of what she was doing and why. I definitely felt like she was focused on my specific issues and was thinking each thing through that it was the best for me. I woke up this morning with my skin already a bit clearer than it was before. I'm excited to come back for the next peel and maybe work on some of the scaring in the future.

I decided to come here due to a bad experience in a laser area that is local to me and my goodness am I so glad to have made that switch and come to Beauty Lab + Laser! Dallas is treating laser hair removal for me and did an amazing thorough job! Dallas is genuine, charismatic, professional, and knowledgeable! I let him know of what happened to me at the other place as to why I stopped going there. Dallas gave me an example of what they taught him in school when he was becoming an aesthetician which made me realize how the previous place was not professional at all and did not do a thorough job as they should have. I received the Don't Leave Laser Scar Treatment from Allie and Shelby each on different days and they both did amazing! Lauren and Laura were amazing! I went in to get a mini lip plump and left with a mini lip plump and a lip flip! It was my first time doing anything to my lips. I’ve been insecure about my lips for so long. I hated that when I smiled, my upper lip tucked under and I felt like I was all teeth. They asked what my wants and needs were with the result and they helped me achieve it. I’m so extremely happy with the results and the ladies were absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!

I have been receiving air brush tanning services from another provider. I found myself in a bind to receive a spray tan immediately and they were unable to fit me in so I called Beauty Lab Murray and they were able to take care of me. I must say that I am very pleased with the results from the Beauty Lab and the cost was lower! Chloe did a terrific job. I have parts that I like darker than other parts and she was able to provide exactly what I wanted. I shall definitely return.

Lauren and Annabelle were welcoming the minute I stepped foot into the beauty lab. I can’t say enough amazing things about Jason at Beauty Lab! I first went to him a few weeks ago for some Botox and a little filler in my lips, and I was blown away by how professional, knowledgeable, and kind he was. I immediately felt comfortable and truly trusted his expertise. Because of how much I loved my first experience, I came back today for my first-ever PRF treatment to address my under-eye bags—and of course, Jason made the entire process so easy and comfortable. Jason helped me yesterday with my top lip that had migrated. He helped me even though I was having treatments at a different spa. He fixed the problem for me. I came in earlier this month with a friend for facials and we had an amazing experience from the time we walked in the door. Chad and Tegan were incredibly welcoming and outgoing and very patiently answered about 600 of our questions while checking us in. Our facials were done by Shelby and Christina, respectively and honestly, I can say this was the best facial I've ever had done anywhere. They were both amazing! Incredibly warm, friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing facial with Justice! She was so thoughtful throughout the entire process and super nice to chat with. She gave me some great recommendations for other services that would work well with my skin type - I’ll be back to see her again in the near future! I came in to get a chemical peel, and I was super nervous because I'd never gotten one before. But Dallas helped calm my nerves, was so nice, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole treatment. First time visiting Riverton did not disappoint. Still very happy with the results, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Treated myself to a little self care today and the experience was a great reminder to take the time to do things like this more often. I feel absolutely beautiful and refreshed and felt so comfortable the entire time. I received IPL treatment from Amy Hopkins several months ago and have been thrilled with the results. Amy was patient and gentle, and helped me feel comfortable by explaining what was happening throughout the procedure. My dark pigment patches lifted and dissolved, and have not returned. Jason is a magician! I have been getting my lips done for a few years now. I have always struggled to achieve the look I wanted. (I always thought this was the amount of filler being used.) I’m from Georgia and one of the highlights of my trip there was to see my favorite Housewives place of business. Everyone there was so amazing! He brightened my day (and skin) in such a beautiful way. I also got the vitamin B and fat burner shots - the tech was so gentle I didn’t even feel the needle go in. I have gotten B-12 shots in the past at beauty lab + laser. Yesterday I came in for another B-12 shot, Dallas & Jaci were super nice and checked me in. Great experience! I went in for a consult and they didn't try to upselling me on a ton of products. They took the time to understand my concerns and created a treatment plan that aligned with my concerns and budget. Since this time I've had several other facial treatments and each time was a great experience. I go to beauty lab to get a laser scar removal treatment, and every time I have gone I've had an amazing experience! The two girls at the front desk (Sam and Miranda) are super inviting and nice. Shelby has done my laser treatment the last two times, and I would highly recommend her! She always details the necessary prep and aftercare for the treatment, makes me feel super comfortable, and gets me in and out of there in about 10 minutes. My visits are always quick and efficient. At my most recent visit Raven, Chad, and Madi at the front desk were welcoming and made the check in/out process as easy as possible. Laura’s assistant Cece had me in right away and was friendly and confident. I always feel well taken care of. I also want to add that the team hypes me up just as much before my appointment as they do after! I’m constantly being reassured how great I look when I come in, and I have never felt pressured to get more treatments. In fact, I’ve never had anyone try to “sell” me anything. This was my first experience at Beauty Lab + Laser. I found them via a Google search while looking for a facility that had the ability to do airbrush tanning. The office was very clean, bright and the staff was very kind. Elsha McKay was prompt, professional and gave me a fantastic airbrush tan. My skin feels refreshed and softer, it was red when I left but it calmed down after a few hours. I got the led light therapy phantom facial but they didn’t do any extractions. I LOVE BEAUTY LAB!! The customer service from Tegan and Parker was amazing. I normally don't have good pain but Jason and Lauren were the best. They gave me breaks between injections and helped me get though the pain. Jason had so much knowledge about the filler and where to place it best. Lauren was the biggest hype women ever! Holy cow, I cannot say enough good things about Beauty Lab. I’ve been to several clinics in Utah, Idaho and Hawaii and my experience at Beauty Lab was far superior to any place I had previously been. Had such a great first med spa experience here! I was able to make a last minute same day appointment. I love that they have appointments so late in the evening. My lip flip took 2 minutes and was painless. I love that they use a little tool to distract from the pain and everyone here is so nice. Dallas and Parker at the desk were awesome, Dallas called me queen and I almost cried. Cece and Tori took great care of me in the back. I would take half a star only for the fact that there was no answer when I called and as a first timer I would have liked time and encouragement to ask just a few questions but I also understand the appointment is 5 minutes so you’re in and out. I had an amazing experience here! I drove out here from Denver and it was 1000% worth the trip. The front desk staff, Parker & Stevie, were welcoming and incredibly kind. Once I was taken back to the room I was taken care of by Savannah and Mark. Savannah was so sweet and hyping me up during my lip plump which helped make the nerves go away. Mark, who gave me my injections, was really nice, funny, and made the whole experience very comfortable. My lips aren’t even hurting the day after! I came in today with my wife, Dee recommended for her to get a Derma-plane facial after hearing my wife wanted to get a facial done. We were greeted by Parker and Lauren and they made us feel welcome offering drinks after checking us in. Dallas and Krista did the service for my wife and they were amazing. Dallas was super thorough explaining each step as he did them and both and he and Krista explained what she might feel with each wash, moisturizer, mask, ect so my wife knew what to expect. This service left my wife feeling beautiful! Definitely recommend getting services done here! After my wife’s experience I asked dee if she would recommend the treatment for me as well, she said yes. I came in and got the service done. Same as last time Parker and Lauren greeted me. While Dallas and Krista did the service. This was my very first facial and I was very nervous due to my sensitive skin but they reassured me every step and made an extra effort to make sure I was comfortable the entire time! My face was left glowing and the softest it has ever been. I have since recommended my sisters and mom to come and get services done!

Justice did my very first Vampire Facial and she was very knowledgeable because I had micro needling treatments done in the past but I will admit this was the most fun. I was in the market for a new med spa and had a really great first experience at Beauty Lab + Laser. Their location is absolutely beautiful and Stevoni at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. He made a great first impression. Reagan was my injector and I really appreciated that he took the time to talk about what it would take to get me the results I was looking for and talk to me about the cost ( no injector at my prior med spa ever talked about the cost upfront!) The injections were quick and easy. He injected me in different places than previous injectors have, but after 7 days I can see a noticeable difference in my results. They are great! He is very obviously skilled and knowledgeable. Parker was assisting Reagan when I went in and she was really sweet and friendly. The way she used the vibrating wand to distract my nerves was the most effective that tool has ever been for me. At my previous med spa, I didn’t think that thing actually worked, but there was a positive difference in its effectiveness during my treatment that day. Beauty Lab + Laser is definitely the place I will be visiting from now on.

She explained everything in depth before getting started, which was definitely appreciated as a first timer. The service was virtually pain free, and quicker than expected, which were both pleasant surprises. On top of that Kaitlyn was extremely friendly and outgoing the whole time. I had the best experience at the beauty lab! My friends and I decided to go to get our first injections + facials. We were a little nervous, however, Raven & the other girl at the counter were extremely welcoming and took photos of us which made us feel more comfortable. Jaylee gave my friend her facial first and invited us over to join her. While she was giving my friend a facial she talked with us about our treatments & to giggle a little bit. Brooklyn was the person to give me my facial and she was an Angel and helped me learn more about my hormonal acne. Next was the Botox! My friend and I both wanted to go to Regan and I’m glad we did bc he knew exactly what to give us- like exactly. Front desk is super helpful and always so nice. It’s a fun professional environment whenever I’ve gone there (for a few years now). Clean and beautiful business space. I also love that they have removed the awkwardness of TIPPING-they don’t allow you to tip on any service-which is actually kind of nice because if you’re like me, you never know what’s appropriate to tip and what services expect a tip. I was brand new to any sort of this work and they were so comforting and answered all my questions. I saw Tori for one procedure and Laura for another. They each did such a wonderful job and completely exceeded my expectations. I spent many years wanting some of these particular physical areas of mine to be remedied, and they made actual dreams come true! One staff member at the front desk did not seem as friendly as literally everyone else there, and they were the first impression I got on my first visit so my nerves were high! They ended up being helpful with everything but still, I HATE feeling like I'm inconveniencing someone so that would be my only critique of the business... I understand that there are all different personalities, and bad days happen, but customer service is very important to me, especially when you're entering a place that requires a ton of vulerability as a customer! It’s now been 12 weeks since my first treatment and I have SO MUCH new growth! I’m really excited to see where my hair is in the next 6 months. I’m so glad I went through with this treatment and I could not recommend Tori enough! She’s phenomenal!
