Dysport can take 3-4 days to start to activate. Botox, Daxxify, and Xeomin can take 7-10 days to start to activate. The wrinkles will begin to relax, but your final results will not be visible for 10-14 days.

Tox Post-Care Instructions
Follow these post-care notes after Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin, lip flip, or specialty tox appointments. Your provider may give you personalized instructions based on your treatment plan.
Bruising is the New Black.
It is rare to bruise with Tox. However, our faces are highly vascular, and bruising is always possible. If you do bruise, feel free to cover it with makeup. It will not affect your final outcome.
No ice ice baby
Immediately following your Tox treatment, avoid ice, massage, rubbing, or pressing on the treated area for at least one hour. This can affect your overall outcome.
Let's (not) get physical
After receiving Tox injections, please avoid getting overheated. This includes rigorous workouts, saunas, hot tubs, or sunbathing for at least 24 hours. It is also important to stay upright for 4-6 hours post-treatment to ensure optimal results.
Take 2 and don't don't call us in the morning
Ibuprofen or Tylenol are fine to take if you feel the onset of a Botox headache. This is uncommon, but completely normal and will pass within a few days. Stay away from muscle relaxants for a few days.
The Lab Loves You
If you experience unusual pain, swelling, skin color changes such as pale, blue, or mottled skin, or worsening symptoms, this could indicate a vascular occlusion, which is a rare but time-sensitive complication that requires immediate attention.

- If you cannot reach us, or your symptoms are severe or rapidly worsening, go to the nearest Emergency Room immediately. Do not wait. Tell ER staff what was injected and when, so they can treat you appropriately.
