Dre is the one who turns big ideas into reality. From operations and marketing to technology, training, and strategy, she's the person making sure the Lab runs as beautifully behind the scenes as it does out front.
Entrepreneurship has always been in her DNA. She opened her first business, a vintage clothing store, at just 19 years old and has been building businesses ever since. She's passionate about creating exceptional client experiences, developing great teams, and always asking, "How can we make this even better?"
Never one to stop learning, Dre is currently earning her esthetics license because she believes the best leaders understand every part of the business they lead.
When she's not at the Lab, you'll find her traveling with her family, watching her boys play soccer, brainstorming her next business idea, or juggling way too many projects at once.
