After receiving a glowing recommendation from her former In-N-Out coworker (and now teammate), Amy, Grace joined the Lab in 2025, and she fit right in. As both a Master Esthetician and Medical Assistant, she's known for her attention to detail, calm confidence, and the kind of genuine kindness that instantly puts clients at ease.

Grace has a smile that's impossible not to love and a work ethic that's just as impressive. Whether she's assisting providers, helping clients, or jumping in wherever she's needed, she brings positivity and professionalism to everything she does.

Outside the Lab, Grace is married to a real-life cowboy, which somehow suits her perfectly. She brings a little Western charm, a lot of heart, and plenty of "let's get it done" energy to our team every day... no drive-thru required.
