I don’t often go out of my way to leave reviews, but my experience here was just that good. I just had my lips done here and truly couldn’t have had a better experience. <3 chantel is so sweet, personable, patient, extremely talented, and hilarious. both her and her medical assistant made me feel so comfortable, especially since I always get a little anxious beforehand. I wasn’t treated as “just another appointment”. they both took time to talk to me, ask about my plans for the day, make me laugh, and get to know me. you can tell they truly care about their clients and the overall experience just as much as the results. seriously such a kind group of girls that work here, and my lips look AMAZING. I cannot recommend them enough & I am so excited to come back!

I just got lip fillers done and had the best experience. Kass helped numb me up, gave me a Needoh to squeeze during the process, and was basically my emotional support the whole time Laura did my lips and she was incredibly fast, gentle, and caring. Both of them made me feel so comfortable and genuinely taken care of. I felt so loved walking out of there. I highly recommend them both! Amazing ♥️

I saw Jason for a mini lip plump and he is amazing and so kind! He got me done in less than 15 minutes and I love how my lips look. Beauty Lab is the most reasonable price I’ve found for aesthetics and they do an amazing job. I recommend them to everyone!

I love beauty lab and laser! I have been seeing Laura for years and I can't compliment her enough! She is an amazingly skilled injector. She has done my lips, sculptra, cheeks and botox on many different occasions and I am always so incredibly happy with the results. She also always makes me feel pretty and welcome and it's my favorite reason why I see her. Lexi was her assistant for my filler this time, and she was wonderful at easing my anxiety and she was so sweet and helpful the entire time. If you are considering any kind of injections, I always recommend Laura at beauty lab and laser. They have THE best staff and the best prices.

I live on the road and don't feel comfortable walking into just any botox spot — I'm particular about who I trust with my face. But Heather Gay is in my top three Housewives, and honestly, I had to see the infamous parking lot. #IYKYK. So glad I made the stop. Regan is an absolute all-star. With over 15 years of experience, you can tell this is his craft and his passion — not just a job. I gave him full creative reign and he delivered what I am officially coining the Irish Brow Lift. I am obsessed. Cass was beyond adorable and a lovely addition to my experience and I would request her again! The location is spotless, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole vibe puts you at ease the moment you walk in. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular for sure. Whether you're a local or just passing through like me, this place is 100% worth the detour.

It took me a long time to decide to take the leap with botox. I looked at several places, but so glad I chose Tori at Beauty Lab. She took the time to explain how it works, the benefits, and help me create a good plan moving forward. I walked away feeling comfortable with my decision. I went to Regan for the check your bags service, and he made it so easy and painless. I am day three out from my service with no bruising and minimal swelling. 10/10 recommend him especially if if it’s your first service and/or are feeling a little nervous about your service he will make you feel so comfortable and take good care of you!

I’ve been coming here for years now and I recently booked with Tori and I love my results after facial balancing and a mini for lip filler! 100% coming back to her for all my box and facial balancing appointments! She doesn’t do nose filler for safety reasons which is totally fine but if you’re looking for that you’ll have to book with someone else like Reagan! Beauty lab girl for life!

I absolutely love Beauty Lab + Laser. I’ve been going there for about five years now and have always had a great experience. I’ve consistently seen Regan for my Botox and lip injections,“He’s my Fav” and he has been fantastic every time. He’s incredibly skilled, precise, and makes the whole process comfortable and easy. My results always look natural and exactly how I want them. I’ve also had Hydrafacials and dermaplaning there, and those treatments have been wonderful as well. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and very professional, and the entire team is always welcoming. After all these years, it’s still the only place I go for my aesthetic treatments, and I recommend it to friends all the time. If you’re looking for a great med spa experience in Salt Lake City, Beauty Lab + Laser is definitely a place to check out.

Regan is fantastic. If you’re struggling with jowls like me, his placement of Botox is the best I’ve had. He was also great with my friend Emma, who was visiting from England and getting Botox for the first time. Thanks Regan, will be selecting you for every visit in future!

Jason performed my Tox and filler treatments, and the entire appointment felt very thoughtful and professional. He took the time to listen to my goals and made me feel heard and validated in what I was hoping to achieve. What I appreciated most was the honesty and integrity during the consultation. Jason never tried to push additional services or upsell anything unnecessary. Instead, he explained different options and even offered choices based on different budgets so I could decide what felt right for me. That level of transparency made me feel respected and confident in my decisions. The treatment itself was smooth, and Jason was kind, gentle, and clearly very knowledgeable. I left feeling taken care of and excited about the results. It’s rare to find providers who prioritize patient comfort, education, and ethical care the way Jason and his team do. Elsha, Chloe, and Jason knocked my first experience OUT OF THE PARK!!! I recently just got into botox and filler, and being a natural girly for so long, of course I was shaking in my boots. I was worried about miss proportion, too much, or just looking weird in general. I clearly let them know upon walking in the door that I was super nervous and I was shaking cause MUH FACE. MY LIPS. The kithers. While waiting on the fabulous Jason to mini plump me up, Elsha talked me through the process, products used, healing, and answered any questions I had concerning the appointment. Once going back, Chloe and Jason accessed my kissers and we made a decision on the lip lift and mini plump and WOW. When I tell you the after math was a literal leap for JOY! I looked FIRE. Lips pursed, plump, and fit my face perfectly. The entire time of the injection, Jason and Chloe made sure to talk me through what was going on and the steps they were taking to give me peace of mind. Highly recommend this location 1000/10. This was my first time ever getting any kind of injections, so I was a bit nervous at first, but excited. The girls at the front desk were really sweet and welcoming. Jason was my injector and Amy was assisting. Both were really sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Jason made the whole process very quick, easy and painless. Had a mini lip & scowl botox done with Jason & Madison G. & loved it! They were so awesome, very helpful and kind. My appointment was quick and they were both comforting and making sure I was ok throughout the whole process. The check-in & check-out process was also amazing with Sam. Sam helped me check out and gave me information on my treatment today. I loved my services today from when I walked in to when I left. I asked to leave a tip and Sam said their teams tip is leaving a review of their services. ♥️🙌🏽 If I can give 6 STARS to this place I would.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Master Regan. He is a true artist. I have a perfect, wrinkle free, glowing skin face and my lips have never looked better! I've been getting non-stop compliments from everyone I see. If you want flawless results, Regan is the one to see at the Beauty Lab + Laser. 10/10 recommend!

I am so thrilled with the results of my lip flip! I went to Tori and she was so nice! I was worried about pain, but she was so quick and efficient that my nerves disappeared immediately. I drive 5 hours from Jackson (Hole), WY to come here. That’s how good they are. I see Tori. I would consider her a master injector, and I’ve been getting poked since 2005. She won’t inject if you need quite need it yet, and will tell you what the plan is. Her lip injections are always on point though. Pun intended. Every assistant I have ever had in the room with me and for pre/post has been amazing, too. 5 stars.

Beauty lab and laser is hands down the best! I have never had any injections before and I was SO nervous. The assistant took me back and was so kind and reassuring. Went in for a mini lip plump with Regan and Kylie. What started out as slightly anxious situation as it was my first time getting my lips done. Turned into a more relaxed experience. I absolutely love this place! I highly recommend Regan. He is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I got a lip flip, mini lip plump with some tox on my crows feet and elevens. I absolutely LOVE my results. I’m new to getting anything done- I’m a few months away from 40 and I still want to look as natural as possible. He and his assistant Cass made me feel very comfortable and made the procedures quick. I asked some questions regarding future procedures as I am aging. Regan gave me some insight on what I can do to keep a more youthful appearance while still looking natural and like myself. Cass is super sweet so if you can get them both, I highly recommend both of them! I also highly recommend Dallas for facials and micro needling. I was having a really bad week when I went in to see him. He was SO sweet and helpful. He made me super comfortable and did an amazing job! I love my results! I will never go to anyone else. Lauren and Laura were amazing! I went in to get a mini lip plump and left with a mini lip plump and a lip flip! It was my first time doing anything to my lips. I’ve been insecure about my lips for so long. I hated that when I smiled, my upper lip tucked under and I felt like I was all teeth. They asked what my wants and needs were with the result and they helped me achieve it. I’m so extremely happy with the results and the ladies were absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!

I have been going to this location for a few months now and seeing injector Laura. I cannot say enough positive words about this lady. She is the kindest and most efficient person I’ve ever gone to. Anytime I have any problems or concerns she addresses them immediately. She’s been working with me on a custom plan for my face and I am so over the moon. I drive a 45 minutes just to come see her because she’s not good! If you were ever doubting going to an injector, please see Laura she’s amazing!!

I got a facial done by Allison and it was the BEST experience I have ever had. She was so attentive and kind. I would 100% go back to her. Also Dallas was the star of the show. I got a B12 shot done by him and his energy is just incredible. I went with a group of friends who got injections by Reagan and also had a wonderful experience. Had the best experience ever for my first time getting lip filler! The whole staff was so sweet. Annabelle and chad up front were so nice and helpful. I can’t say enough amazing things about Jason at Beauty Lab! I first went to him a few weeks ago for some Botox and a little filler in my lips, and I was blown away by how professional, knowledgeable, and kind he was. I immediately felt comfortable and truly trusted his expertise. Because of how much I loved my first experience, I came back today for my first-ever PRF treatment to address my under-eye bags—and of course, Jason made the entire process so easy and comfortable. He even did a little touch-up on my Botox while I was there, which was such a thoughtful bonus! Jason is incredibly skilled and has a great eye for natural, beautiful results. I am new to Utah and needed to find a new place for Botox and this place is it! Jason was my injector for Botox and he did a phenomenal job! He talked to me before hand about what areas I wanted treated and what outcome I wanted. He was so gentle with the needles that it was a lot less painful than previous injections that I’ve had. Jason is a magician! I have been getting my lips done for a few years now. I have always struggled to achieve the look I wanted. (I always thought this was the amount of filler being used.) I’m from Georgia and one of the highlights of my trip there was to see my favorite Housewives place of business. Everyone there was so amazing! I had lip flip done and I started seeing results in 24 hours after it was done. My daughter and I both got cupcake facials and the next day our skin looked amazing! I’m sad that there are no Beauty Lab + Lasers in my state but if you want to change that my daughter is a realtor and could hook you up. Your prices and services are better the best! I’ve been seeing Laura for lip filler going on 3 years now! She is charismatic, professional, and all around a lovely human being. I always feel like I’m catching up with a friend. My visits are always quick and efficient. At my most recent visit Raven, Chad, and Madi at the front desk were welcoming and made the check in/out process as easy as possible. Laura’s assistant Cece had me in right away and was friendly and confident. I always feel well taken care of. I also want to add that the team hypes me up just as much before my appointment as they do after! I’m constantly being reassured how great I look when I come in, and I have never felt pressured to get more treatments. In fact, I’ve never had anyone try to “sell” me anything. It’s a welcoming and safe place for treatments, and I wholeheartedly recommend BL+L and their staff. 15/10 stars

I LOVE BEAUTY LAB!! The customer service from Tegan and Parker was amazing. I normally don't have good pain but Jason and Lauren were the best. They gave me breaks between injections and helped me get though the pain. Jason had so much knowledge about the filler and where to place it best. Lauren was the biggest hype women ever! The whole atmosphere is so positive and clean! 100% recommend and there is a reason I have gotten work there over 5 times! Had such a great first med spa experience here! I was able to make a last minute same day appointment. I love that they have appointments so late in the evening. My lip flip took 2 minutes and was painless. I love that they use a little tool to distract from the pain and everyone here is so nice. Dallas and Parker at the desk were awesome, Dallas called me queen and I almost cried. Cece and Tori took great care of me in the back. I would take half a star only for the fact that there was no answer when I called and as a first timer I would have liked time and encouragement to ask just a few questions but I also understand the appointment is 5 minutes so you’re in and out. I had botox done with Laura that was so quick and honestly much less painful than I've had in the past, with great results. Miranda was great at explaining all the laser options and helping me with planning out future sessions. I'm excited to go back for more treatments!

I get a lip flip here every couple of months, and my experience is always 10/10. I’ve seen Jason the last couple of times I’ve gone and he’s awesome. The service is always professional and efficient, without feeling rushed or too clinical. I definitely recommend him and Beauty Lab + Laser!

I have left a review before and I will always continue to leave reviews for this place. I normally see Reagan (who Is the hands down best person to get fuller and Botox from) but tonight I went to the RIverton/Herriman store and had my first micro needling done by Christina. She was very helpful with the knowledge she had for this service and because this was my first time she talked me through it all. I had been brutally abused with a flashlight by my ex and I have scars on my face that I hate. She told me how this will help my scars and made me feel better about the process. Tonight I feel that I have 100% put that chapter in my life to rest once and for all. Thank you for having the best staff ever. I was in the market for a new med spa and had a really great first experience at Beauty Lab + Laser. Their location is absolutely beautiful and Stevoni at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. He made a great first impression. Reagan was my injector and I really appreciated that he took the time to talk about what it would take to get me the results I was looking for and talk to me about the cost ( no injector at my prior med spa ever talked about the cost upfront!) The injections were quick and easy. He injected me in different places than previous injectors have, but after 7 days I can see a noticeable difference in my results. They are great! He is very obviously skilled and knowledgeable. Parker was assisting Reagan when I went in and she was really sweet and friendly. The way she used the vibrating wand to distract my nerves was the most effective that tool has ever been for me. At my previous med spa, I didn’t think that thing actually worked, but there was a positive difference in its effectiveness during my treatment that day. Beauty Lab + Laser is definitely the place I will be visiting from now on.

I had the best experience at the beauty lab! My friends and I decided to go to get our first injections + facials. We were a little nervous, however, Raven & the other girl at the counter were extremely welcoming and took photos of us which made us feel more comfortable. Jaylee gave my friend her facial first and invited us over to join her. While she was giving my friend a facial she talked with us about our treatments & to giggle a little bit. Brooklyn was the person to give me my facial and she was an Angel and helped me learn more about my hormonal acne. Next was the Botox! My friend and I both wanted to go to Regan and I’m glad we did bc he knew exactly what to give us- like exactly. Kylie was so nice and helped us feel comfortable and also reminded us how chill it was and how we were going to love our results (she was so right) I can’t wait to go back to beauty lab + laser it was the perfect place to have first facial + Botox. I was referred to Beauty Lab + Laser by a friend. I have been unhappy with my thin lips, so I decided to try it. The team was very welcoming! Parker and Chad make me feel at home. Then Madi started prepping me with the numbing cream and she was just so nice! After a few minutes I was taken to a room and Tori worked her magic! I love my lips!! They let me know and charge me less than I expected. My first time at Beauty Lab + Laser was awesome. I had the PRF Hair Restoration and O-Shot done. Lauren and Tori were so wonderful, kind, and great at walking me through what to expect. Tori did a phenomenal executing my treatments and Lauren was so fantastic in supporting Tori as she performed them. Chad, at the front desk, was great when I booked my appointments over the phone and when I checked out. Elsha and Adeena were also very kind and welcoming. I’m really happy with my first experience at Beauty Lab + Laser. I plan to continue my PRF Hair Restoration treatments and possibly pursue other treatments I’ve been interested in! Edit: Today I completed all 3 of my PRF Hair Restoration treatments. Tori performed my procedure again, with the help of Maddie. They were both so kind and helpful. Tori is single-handedly the best person I’ve ever encountered for blood draw. My veins are SO hard to draw blood from and she has been able to get it on her first try, every time! It’s now been 12 weeks since my first treatment and I have SO MUCH new growth! I’m really excited to see where my hair is in the next 6 months. I’m so glad I went through with this treatment and I could not recommend Tori enough! She’s phenomenal!

I went to Beauty Lab at the suggestion of my esthetician from Massage Envy Sugarhouse.. I did botox and air brush tan for my wedding. The service was always so friendly and helpful. I was nervous about both procedures, but everyone made me feel comfortable and assured my happiness with the outcome with their skill and free touch ups if something was not to my liking. Follow up was awesome as well to check in on me. From the moment I walked in to make my appointment, Elsha was so welcoming and such a friendly face at the front desk. Even the morning of my appointment, in the middle of a rainy morning, Elsha was still the positive ray of sunshine when I walked through the doors. I’ve had a lip flip done a few times back at home, but being that it was time for it to be done & as a huge Housewives fan, obviously the only option was to come to Beauty Lab + Laser…and Jason did not disappoint!! He asked how many units I usually get and helped me decide what was best. I also wanted to get a b12 injection and was contemplating whether or not I should do the fat burning blaster as well, but Raven was honest and told me it’s best with consistency and since I am not local it didn’t make sense. I think that was my favorite part about Beauty Lab was the honesty and transparency the staff provided. All of the prices are displayed online or at the front desk so there’s no hidden fees. Of course at the end, I had to purchase souvenirs to bring home. When Elsha and Chad told me that the products were all at cost, my mouth hit the floor. You’d never find that in Florida. Overall I had an incredible experience. The four staff members I had the pleasure of meeting clearly love what they do and it’s visible the moment you walk in the door. This was my first time at Beauty Lab and Laser. At first I scheduled for a Mini lip plump. When I walked in, the staff was extremely warm and inviting. I was taken back by Savannah who is so so nice. I have had two services done here in the past month or two. I got a lip flip from Laura and I have nothing bad to say truly. She cared about my well-being and the cleanliness of what she was doing. I was in and out within ten minutes of walking in. The salon feels very fresh ,upbeat, and clean. My lips looked wonderful and the healing process was a breeze. I knew I wanted to come back, I got a mini lip plump from Weston and Alli. Alli is great and professional and makes you feel very welcome. Weston was very gentle and encouraging! The recovery process went smoothly and my lips are now healed. They look super natural and i absolutely love them. Pricing is very affordable and am totally coming back to get more done!

I have been getting Botox for a couple of years and decided to give Beauty Labs a try, just to see what the difference would be with a different injector (not expecting much). I was paired with Tori who explained everything in detail. What I should change up, what I should keep doing, the little changes that we could try to freshen "me" up. We talked about my lip lines, my one eye that closes more than the other when I smile. We covered a lot of bases without any pressure to do anything "drastic". Lauren was the tech that helped which made everything run smoothly. I felt like I was the only one to be looked after. Chad at the front desk was friendly as well. It was a very comfortable and professional environment all around. I very much plan on returning the Beauty Labs.

Beauty Lab + Laser is seriously the best in the game. I started getting my lashes done by Hillary a few years ago, and after my FIRST appointment I knew I would never be going anywhere else. She is a true artist and my lashes always look perfection. I've been to a few places around and so far I'm totally in love with Beauty Lab! They customer service is wonderful as far as making sure your completely satisfied with your results and making sure if your not they get you in and make the adjustments free of charge. I finally don't have to fear bringing up things I wish were different! And they were more than willing to dissolve old filler from Elase (they refused to admit it was their filler and to do anything about it). They really had my best lips in mind! I also did the nose contour and I love my nose! It's enough to not drive me nuts anymore but no one has actually noticed which is PERFECT. I wanted a cute little upturned nose and they did a great job. I had Laura do all my services and would highly recommend her!

This place is AMAZING. My first time I came in for a full lip plump I was so nervous but Chantel and Logan made me feel so welcomed and were so accommodating. My lips looked perfect! I then came back in a few weeks later to upgrade my lips, and Alyson and Alli were incredible as well! They made me feel welcomed and helped me feel comfortable. I had an overall average experience at this medspa. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. My injector was professional, and the appointment itself went smoothly. However, I do wish the medical assistant, had been more personable, as they came across somewhat unfriendly, which made the experience feel less comfortable. If you’re looking for a quick Botox service, this place can be convenient. Otherwise, my experience was just satisfactory, and I wouldn’t consider it my go to medspa.

I very rarely choose male providers for care, but I decided to give Reagan at Beauty Laser Lab a chance because of all the flawless reviews. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling dismissed and unheard. Just because I’ve had Botox and filler before doesn’t mean I don’t deserve a conversation about my goals or problem areas. Instead, Reagan immediately told his assistant how many units I’d be given, without ever consulting me directly about a plan or the cost. To be fair, I am happy with the results. But I did not feel comfortable with how the appointment was handled. It was over quickly and felt rushed, cold, and transactional. I was not given the opportunity to truly consent to the cost or treatment plan before he moved forward by quickly stabbing my face. He mentioned his “free touchups” policy, but in a way that felt more like a boast to his ego than reassurance. For the amount of money I spent, I expected thoughtful communication and personalized care. Instead, I walked away feeling like just another transaction. Later, someone I know shared that they had a very similar experience with him, which confirmed it wasn’t just me. I want to be clear that I don’t think Beauty Laser Lab is a bad place to go. In fact, I’ve had many people tell me they’ve had amazing experiences with other providers there. But in my opinion, Reagan may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a consultative, patient-focused approach.

Everyone was pleasant. I was happy with initial results. Reason I’m rating my experience 2 stars is because I got a full lip plump on Feb. 15, 2024 and about 3 months in, it had dissolved. It wasn’t my first time getting filler and it usually lasts about 9 months so it’s worth it for me. First time trying Beauty Lab.

I went in with a very specific request. I asked only for subtle lip shaping and made it clear that I did not want added volume because I was trying to avoid an overfilled or unnatural look. My goal was simple. Refine the shape, keep it natural. Immediately after the procedure, I noticed folds forming on the sides of my mouth. I brought this up and was advised to trust the process and give it time for swelling to go down. I followed that guidance and waited through the full healing period. The folds never went away. They are still clearly visible and noticeable enough that other people have commented on them without me bringing it up, which has been frustrating and honestly embarrassing. This is not the outcome I asked for, and it does not reflect what was discussed. What has been more disappointing is the lack of response. I reached out by email with photos and a detailed explanation of my concerns and never heard back. When a procedure affects someone’s face, follow up and accountability matter. For context, I have had lip filler done before at a physician owned practice. When I had a concern, I was brought back in the next day and it was corrected without hesitation. That level of care should be standard. Aesthetic work is both technical and artistic. It requires precision, but it also requires responsibility when the result is not right. In this case, there was no follow up and no effort to address the outcome. I will be posting before and after photos so others can make their own informed decision.

I got my dysport here for a few appts and I hated it. I felt as though the injector didn’t care what I wanted and just kind of did what she felt was needed. My appts always felt so rushed and every time you walk in and wait in the waiting area, it feels like a high school lunch room. Employees sit behind the desks and whisper and giggle and shoot glances at you as if they’re talking about you and it gives mean girl vibes. I haven’t been back in a while, so it’s possible that it’s not this way anymore, but that was my experience here. I won’t ever be back, nor will I recommend this place.

I felt rushed, my lips weren’t numbed, and they just jabbed me in the lips without asking what I wanted. I told them it was my first time ever getting lip filler, and they didn’t take the time to educate me on anything, except placing ice on my lips. I didn’t realize how “cold” this experience was until I went to another injector and had the complete opposite experience. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

The first time I went I was in and out quickly, and told the injector where I like to be injected for my lip flip. I only ever do the inner two points of my lip, not 4 points because when I get the outer sides of my lips injected it makes me not able to use a straw/use mouth wash/etc. He did exactly what I asked and I loved my results. The thing that’s consistent through all med spas I’ve been to is that nurses leave detailed notes in patients charts, so when they return they know what to expect. After my first appointment, the injectors either failed to leave those notes in my chart… or, the second time I got injected the nurses didn’t read them. I guess it should’ve thrown me off that no questions were asked to me about my preferences (or anything, actually) but I just figured they knew what they were doing and looked at my notes. That was absolutely not the case. The nurse quickly injected the first inner point of my lip and then went to the outside. She did it so fast I didn’t even have time to register what happened until after she pulled the syringe out, and that’s when I said I don’t do the outer points. She didn’t even seem like she cared, she just said we could leave it and it may not be that bad (as I get injected near my nose on that same side for a gummy smile) or continue to inject the outer point on the other side of my lip. What was done was done and I know there’s nothing she could do about it now so I said just leave it and not inject the other side. But unlike what she suggested, it was that bad. It’s awful and embarrassing and I learned that far too late. This was 5 days before my birthday party, and it is clear in pictures how awful my mouth looks. I was so excited, but now I can’t and won’t post any pictures from my birthday because my smile is so embarrassingly lopsided. So bad so that I spent the day after crying because I didn’t realize it was that bad until I saw videos and pictures of myself. While I appreciate the quickness of the appointments and that she didn’t charge me for her/the previous nurses error, I did not appreciate the lack of professionalism from either not reviewing my charts and/or just not asking me any questions before quickly injecting me. Looking back on it and the more that I think about the appointment, the more unprofessional I realize it was. A little more client interaction and details to patient charts would’ve avoided this. I truly wish I didn’t come in for the appointment at all. I do not recommend this spa. I recommend finding a place that pays attention to patient chart detail and making sure they’re up to date, or at the very least just confirming with clients what they are wanting done.

Done my lips super crooked. Wanted me to pay to have them dissolved and then pay again to have them redone. My lips looked incredibly butch after going here! I am scared to have anything done by them ever again truly! They try to fit people in the smallest time frames due to high volume leading to poor outcomes. I tried making it work on two separate accounts before writing this rating.

If i could give it a zero I would, it hasn't been over a few months I've been noticing how the filler moved around and today it came out as a goey clear slime product that I knew wasn't a bodily fluid because it didn’t dissolve. And kept coming out of my lips. Very poorly injected, and they didnt even bother to really listen to my request and just did it very quick with zero actual caution or consideration. I would gladly go back in time and never go there again and waste my hard earned money.

I will finally be coming back to Utah in a couple weeks and not even 2 months ago I spoke with someone on the phone about dissolving my lips free of charge. I should have just booked it then with her but I wanted to confirm first I will be in Utah. I called today to make the reservation to dissolve my migrated lip filler and the person I spoke with told me it’s $250+. I mentioned to him that I understand it’s been awhile since I’ve been there (almost 4 years), but someone said not even 2 months ago that I could still come in free of charge. It seems like there is no communication and it’s whoever you get on the phone. While I do understand that it’s been awhile, but I made the call previously they were extremely sweet and understanding that my lips may have been overfilled and they’d be happy to put me down for a dissolving session and to start fresh so I can come back after healing to get new filler. When I asked why is it $250+ he said it’s because of the time it takes. Then he said it takes 15 minutes. So I’m a little confused by this customer service of charging an already existing customer who came to your establishment and had lips overfilled the same you would charge someone who has not been there. Suffice to say, if they’re charging existing customers then I might as well go to an establishment that is near me who also do a better job.

I sat in the seat and the guy started injecting my upper lip with out counting down, explaining to me the service, or showing any interest with what I wanted.
