I just had my first facial at Beauty Lab + Laser and I fear I may never emotionally recover… because now I know how the other half lives. Yes… THE Beauty Lab + Laser. Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader… dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you… it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you “queen.” I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I’ve ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes.

Our skincare specialists, Jaylee and Micah, were absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable, professional, and happy to answer all our questions about other treatments (and some fun facts about the RHOSLC cast). After years of clear skin I've been breaking out in adult acne that's almost worse than highschool. I had two facial peels gifted to me I decided to use. Yesterday Chloe did a mini facial peel for me (I've never done it before so she wanted to start slow). She described every step of what she was doing and why. I definitely felt like she was focused on my specific issues and was thinking each thing through that it was the best for me. I woke up this morning with my skin already a bit clearer than it was before. I'm excited to come back for the next peel and maybe work on some of the scaring in the future.

Grace was amazing and sweet. She listened to my concerns, my experiences bad and good, and treated my skin like I needed. I live quite a distance away, but this is well worth the drive!

Lauren did a full peel for me, and was amazing and so sweet! Her talking to me during the procedure helped as this was a much stronger peel than the last one I did. This was my first time at the Riverton location since there was a scheduling conflict, it’s a beautiful location, but I think due to holiday shopping traffic was a little crazy getting in and out of the parking lot.

I received the Don't Leave Laser Scar Treatment from Allie and Shelby each on different days and they both did amazing! They made me feel comfortable and took great care of me, same with the people at the front desk. Since it was my first time having that treatment done I didn’t know what to expect so of course I asked all the first timer questions & she was very sweet & informative. Throughout the treatment she continued to asking me how I was doing & was great at encouraging a conversation to help take my mind off of any minor discomfort. When I called to book my facial, I spoke with Chad and he was so friendly, and personable while being professional. When I came in, he remembered booking my appointment. Miranda is a master esthetician, who is clearly on it. We discussed my skin concerns and she made a game plan; we even added moisturizing hand mitts! Lauren and Annabelle were welcoming the minute I stepped foot into the beauty lab. Lauren went over my treatment options and was honest about the concerns I had since my skin is so sensitive and I’m darker in skin tone. I received IPL treatment from Amy Hopkins several months ago and have been thrilled with the results. Amy was patient and gentle, and helped me feel comfortable by explaining what was happening throughout the procedure. My dark pigment patches lifted and dissolved, and have not returned. Fast forward me and my sister were back in town for business, wanted to see Dallas but he was off. Shelby was our esthetician. She was great. I just wanted a quick exfoliation and hydration so I did the “Cupcake Facial” it was quick and to the point, perfect treatment before my flight home. My skin looked amazing! He brightened my day (and skin) in such a beautiful way. I also got the vitamin B and fat burner shots - the tech was so gentle I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Great experience! I went in for a consult and they didn't try to upselling me on a ton of products. They took the time to understand my concerns and created a treatment plan that aligned with my concerns and budget. Since this time I've had several other facial treatments and each time was a great experience. Everyone we interacted with from the receptionist to estheticians were amazing, very kind and made you feel welcome. I'm looking forward many more treatments ahead.

My skin feels refreshed and softer, it was red when I left but it calmed down after a few hours. I got the led light therapy phantom facial but they didn’t do any extractions. Regan and Chantel are the best. Every consultation and treatment has dramatically improved the quality of my skin. Apart from their immense skill, I appreciate the respect they have for my time. After going to several other med spas in the valley I was sick of lengthy consultations and long wait times for appointments. Never the case at Beauty Lab and Laser. Plus, the ability to book online is a huge bonus. I can't even count the times I have booked a lunchtime treatment during a busy day of meetings. Bottom line don't waste your time anywhere else.

I had the most amazing experience with Tori. She is an artist! The results I’m hoping to gain will take multiple sessions, but I’m already so happy with what she did for me. I can’t wait to go back! All of the staff and practitioners were very friendly. I felt so comfortable there. It is now my place for all my cosmetic spa treatments. Love it!!

Just had my first ever microneedling appointment with Miranda. She was so kind and informative on this as well as other treatment options. She checked in with me frequently to ask how I was doing and made it such a good experience! Logan was very kind and welcoming when I came in and made me feel comfortable. Cole and Ali were very helpful as I was leaving and answered any questions I had! Loved my experience and will definitely be scheduling again.

I came here for my very first facial. Upon entering, I was greeted by both Parker and Annabelle. They were super friendly and Annabelle had me fill out my new client forms on an iPad. It took no more than 2 minutes probably. Within minutes, Miranda (my esthetician) took me back and even offered my boyfriend to come back and sit with us. She did a great job of explaining the entire process and what was happening (all the different devices and serums used). Overall, everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were super clean and inviting. It was a great first facial experience, and I’d definitely go back the next time I’m in Salt Lake City! My skin looked and felt great!

I did a hydrafacial with Allie and she was awesome! She gave some great advice on how I could improve my skincare routine. My skin feels super refreshed and better than it has in a while. Will definitely be back!

My esthetician was great, but that’s about the only good thing. As soon as I walked in the front desk workers acted like I was an inconvenience that was interrupting their conversation. Not a welcoming environment at all.

I hate to be the one to say it, but the black chairs you lay down in for facial treatments, as well as other things, are super duper uncomfortable. :( And the ceilings are not at all fun to look at. :(

Hydrafacial is not worth it - 8 hours later my face is back to being dry. But the staff is nice.
