I had a great experience at my XERF appointment with Micah! She was friendly and effecicient and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend Micah and Beauty Lab + Laser. Don't go anywherre else. 10/10
Love the Riverton location as much as Murray ! Everyone is so friendly, Micah was knowledgeable and took great care with my Xerf facial . I was a little nervous but felt safe in her care . I already love the results on day 1 & am excited for what’s to come ! Also this location is in a super cute shopping area with lots of boutiques and eatery’s nearby . I went to Flower Child after and there’s only two of those in the whole valley . Love the Lab 💕
Grace was amazing—amazing Grace! I did a vampire facial with her tonight and really enjoyed it. She was very informative, talking me through each step. The front desk guy was a delight. This was my 2nd visit to Beauty Lab and I’m looking forward to my next! It’s so pretty inside, too!✨
My daughter and I booked the cupcake facial and had the best experience ever! Christa and Micah were so fun, personable and did an absolutely amazing job with our facials. We had high expectations coming into the facial, but they both exceeded our expectations. We are from out of state and made sure to get a facial before we went back home and we are so glad we did. We can't wait to come back! Definitely a 10/10 experience! HIGHLY recommend!
I just had my first facial at Beauty Lab + Laser and I fear I may never emotionally recover… because now I know how the other half lives. Yes… THE Beauty Lab + Laser. Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader… dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you… it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you “queen.” I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I’ve ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes.
We planned a RHOSLC-inspired trip, so a treatment at Beauty Lab was a must! We booked their 60 minutes hydrafacials, and everything exceeded our expectations! From the start, the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, helping guide us to the right services for our needs. Our skincare specialists, Jaylee and Micah, were absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable, professional, and happy to answer all our questions about other treatments (and some fun facts about the RHOSLC cast). Finally, the cherry on top? We received handwritten notes from Heather Gay herself! We’ll truly be fangirling forever. After the treatment, our skin felt smooth a dewy, we loved the result! Overall, such a great experience and I would 100% recommend Beauty Lab + Laser Med Spa!
I had an amazing experience with Lauren at Beauty Lab. She did a fantastic job on my peel. She was so professional, friendly, and engaging. The entire treatment was relaxing, and she made me feel completely comfortable. The front desk staff was also very helpful and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend Lauren and the team at Beauty Lab for exceptional service and care.
I had a wonderful experience with Miranda at Beauty Lab and Laser. From the initial consultation through the laser facial procedure, she was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. Miranda took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the treatment. I especially appreciated her honesty and the genuine care she showed throughout the entire appointment. It’s clear that she truly wants the best results for her clients. I highly recommend Miranda! ✨
Love this place. But love Dallas more 💋 absolute queen! I’ve had micro-needling sessions w him and will only go to him. I have been getting laser scar removal from Beauty Lab + Laser for about two years now. No matter which staff member I have interacted with, they have been the sweetest people and are always prompt and professional. I have egregious self harm scars, and I initially gave up on the idea of getting them treated since laser removal at hospitals is thousands of dollars. Not only were they so kind and compassionate during my consultation, but Natalie has been my girl since day one and I cannot accurately put into words how much she means to me. She ensures that you are well taken care of, and she genuinely cares about you as a person - not just your treatment. It can be a very intimate and vulnerable process, and she has always made me feel safe and cared for. I will always recommend ANY service they provide to loved ones, because no matter what service you receive and by whom, I can say with confidence that it will be a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for everything y’all have done for me ♥️
This was my first hydrafacial and dermaplane and I had a great experience. Dallas talked me through everything step by step and kept the whole appointment really friendly and fun. I was a little nervous but Dallas made me feel comfortable and confident the whole time. My skin feels amazing!
We came all the way from LA and Beauty Lab did not dissapoint! From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly! The girls at the front desk were welcoming, informative and efficient! Mark and Elisha slayed during my injection appointment. Great conversation and no pain! Micah did an excellent job performing my daughter's mega hydra facial, her skin looks amazing! The only thing we sadly missed was seeing our girl Heather as we are over here seriously fanning! 🤣
I got a cupcake facial today from Lauren. She was so nice and sweet. Fun to talk to and help me figure out what some next services would be good for my skin. I will be rebooking with her.
What a wonderful visit at Beauty Lab! Big fan of RHOSLC and Heather so this was a have to stop on our trip from Denver and Chloe did not disappoint! She was very detailed and explained each step in my phantom light facial process.. my skin is still feeling amazing the next day. I loved meeting the team, what a friendly, fun and welcoming group! Everyone was so happy to be working there, speaks volumes about the leadership! Please add Denver as your next location Heather!
I got my first ever hydra facial today, Lauren was absolutely amazing, she walked me through the whole process, went over aftercare and made sure the whole appointment went smooth and comfortable for me! It was overall a great experience from the minute I checked in to when I left glowing ♥️ I already booked my next appointment!
My first time in n SLC. I always treat myself to a spa treatment when I travel. Since my hotel didn’t have a spa, I chose Beauty Lab (Murray location). Chloe gave me a wonderful Hydra facial. She also gave me tips on better skin treatment. Loved it!
I did microneedling with Krista and I can’t say enough good things about her! She’s amazing. She took great care of my face and sent me home with everything I needed to heal up quickly. Can’t wait to see the results. I’m definitely coming back to see her!
I’ve been coming to Beauty Lab + Laser for years now and just received my first HydraFacial from Micha. I absolutely loved the service, and my esthetician! She was so professional, super informative and had the best energy. My skin looks gorgeous and glowy with instant results. Can’t wait to go back <3 I always feel so welcome walking in to both locations, thanks beauty lab for always making me feel my best!
Received a mini hydra facial from Shelby and it was great! The experience was relaxing and I walked out with glowing skin. I really liked that she periodically checked on me throughout the service to ensure I was okay. 5/5!
I was treated to a Hydrafacial and enjoyed my session with Chloe. She was so friendly, professional, and the facial was wonderful! Everyone there was friendly and welcoming also.
Just had the “Feel the Peel” chemical exfoliation and I’m genuinely impressed—my skin feels smoother, brighter, and refreshed without any irritation. Huge thanks to Miranda for making it so comfortable and explaining every step. Can't wait to book my next appointment.
