My first time at Beauty Lab and I came in for the Wild Rose facial and I will definitely be back! This treatment is definitely in the "treat yourself" category but absolutely worth it. I loved the products and how the scents were soft but worked together with the steam. I had to stop myself from dozing off because I didn't want to miss out on anything. Natalie was my esthetician and she was incredible. I felt completely comfortable and pampered from start to finish. The entire atmosphere here is welcoming and has a great energy. Cole and Parker were at the front desk when I visited and were perfect bookends to the experience: friendly, efficient, and informative. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left, the staff were fantastic. And the most important part: my skin looked surreal. I am adding the Wild Rose products to my at home face routine. I loved the entire experience and I can't wait to return!
My experience today at Beauty Lab + Laser was off the charts. What a staff. Jaci and Dallas were welcoming and helpful at the front desk. They went the extra mile to make me feel like I was HIM. From there, Whitney completed my procedure with excellence and focus. She was on time, explained everything perfectly and made me feel comfortable. She was professional and dope all at the same time. I highly recommend these three and the Murray location. Well, round 2 and the experience at Beauty Lab + Laser was better the second time. Whitney is the ultimate professional. Timely. Efficient and knowledgable. I would recommend her without reservation. She reminds me of Wonder Woman. She knows her stuff and takes care of her clients. Back to the Beauty Lab for another amazing experience. I really can't tell you enough about how comfortable I feel at BL& Laser. I am amazed at how professional everyone is there. The front desk staff, anchored by Raven and Chad was on top of things from the very first moment I walked in. I felt at ease from the very beginning of my experience. Raven went the extra mile to assist with my needs. And, what can I say about Whitney? She knows her stuff. I am glad that my procedure is being performed by a true professional. Whit answered all of my questions and walked me through things...step by step. BL & Laser is the place to be!
All staff were friendly and helpful, great experience. Clean and aesthetically pleasing facilities. Injection with Chantal and airbrush tanning experience with Kylie were both very quick and well done both specialists worked with me to achieve the exact look I wanted. I love Beauty Lab and Laser. From Parker and Dallas at the front desk to Lauren, my technician, I was treated so nice. The facility is always clean and smells great. Lauren was very knowledgeable of the procedure she was doing as well as the post care. She told me to get hold of her if I had any questions over the weekend. I will forever love that Beauty lab and laser will , for no charge, help with removal of self harm scars for whoever is in need.
I loved my experience with Beauty Lab + Laser! Chantel and Alexis did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable while I did my first ever procedure (a lip flip) — a very painless experience (: and Chad and Parker are the sweetest, they greeted me at the front desk and made me feel very welcome! Will definitely be coming here again!
I had such a wonderful experience at Beauty Lab + Laser, Murray location. Allie and Chad were so warm and welcoming at the front desk. Laura did my mini lip plump and was amazing. So professional and knowledgeable, yet kind and comforting. Stevoni was also a part of my injection process and was like having a personal hype woman in the room with you! She was so sweet. The entire experience was great and I highly recommend it to others!

I had the best experience at beauty lab and laser. The staff was amazing and Tori did an amazing job on my lip filler and Botox. My face hasn’t looked this good in a long time. I’m from California and will continue to go to beauty lab and laser in Utah from now on. Thank you
I LOVE BEAUTY LAB!! The customer service from Tegan and Parker was amazing. I normally don't have good pain but Jason and Lauren were the best. They gave me breaks between injections and helped me get though the pain. Jason had so much knowledge about the filler and where to place it best. Lauren was the biggest hype women ever! The whole atmosphere is so positive and clean! 100% recommend and there is a reason I have gotten work there over 5 times! I also recently got a spray tan by Brooklynn and she made me feel good about myself and I never felt uncomfortable while she was spraying! Madison and McKay were so helpful with the set up and payment! 10/10!
Forget all the chain laser specialists and med spas because locally owned and operated Beauty Lab + Laser is simply the best. I've been coming here since December and am so glad to have found the kindest, most welcoming pros in SLC! Chad and Annabelle (and really all of the front desk staff) always welcome me with a smile, and at this point I feel like I would trust my laser specialist Allie with my life lol. I am SHOCKED and amazed at how effective my laser hair treatments have been, and I'm only 6 rounds in. Seriously, can't recommend BLL enough. Without a doubt I'm a customer for life!
Holy cow, I cannot say enough good things about Beauty Lab. I’ve been to several clinics in Utah, Idaho and Hawaii and my experience at Beauty Lab was far superior to any place I had previously been. Starting with my arrival I was welcomed by Boom and Elsha who were kind and helpful! The clinic immediately feels comfortable, homey and stylish. The decor was gorgeous and the clinic felt clean and visually appealing. Savannah took me back and she is just so darling. She was kind, fun and immediately made me feel right at ease. Tori came in to do my lips and I was absolutely thrilled with the result. I have had my lips done twice previously and this was the fastest, most painless experience with the help of some distraction techniques from Savannah. They were truly a dynamic duo! I will be recommending Tori and the Beauty Lab to all my friends here in Utah and will continue to come back for future treatments! The price is also extremely reasonable for the experience and expertise that you will enjoy. Thank you for such a lovely experience!
Had such a great first med spa experience here! I was able to make a last minute same day appointment. I love that they have appointments so late in the evening. My lip flip took 2 minutes and was painless. I love that they use a little tool to distract from the pain and everyone here is so nice. Dallas and Parker at the desk were awesome, Dallas called me queen and I almost cried. Cece and Tori took great care of me in the back. I would take half a star only for the fact that there was no answer when I called and as a first timer I would have liked time and encouragement to ask just a few questions but I also understand the appointment is 5 minutes so you’re in and out. But overall everything was so amazing I think it’s still deserving of 5 stars (:
This was my second time visiting the Beauty Lab. I was recommended by my daughter and saw Brynn both times. She is such a professional caring person. She walks you through step by step what she is doing and she has such a tender touch. I felt like I was in good hands and I am excited to see my results over the coming weeks. I would highly recommend the Beauty Lab to my friends and family. Ask for Brynn she is awesome! The girls up front ( Raven and Sam) were all very friendly and welcoming. Great experience!
I had a great experience at Beauty Lab + Laser! The staff was very warm and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. I signed up for a diamond glow with Krista Williams. She was absolutely fantastic! I have sensitive skin with some occasional redness. She listened to my concerns and gave me some suggestions on what to use in the future. My skin felt amazing and my redness reduced significantly! Thank you Krista and the entire Beauty Lab team for a 5 star experience!
I had an amazing experience here! I drove out here from Denver and it was 1000% worth the trip. The front desk staff, Parker & Stevie, were welcoming and incredibly kind. Once I was taken back to the room I was taken care of by Savannah and Mark. Savannah was so sweet and hyping me up during my lip plump which helped make the nerves go away. Mark, who gave me my injections, was really nice, funny, and made the whole experience very comfortable. My lips aren’t even hurting the day after! All around a wonderful experience and I would definitely make the trip back out here just for the people at the Beauty Lab!
I have been coming in for laser hair removal for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The results are amazing, and it's not that painful at all. Everyone here is so kind and knowledgeable. Whitney has been taking care of me, she is so friendly and always makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the process. Chad and Lacie are awesome, and always help me set up my appointments while I'm there. I've had such a great experience here, and recommend it to all of my friends and clients!
Beauty Lab + Laser is amazing!! I have been going here for years for injection services and have loved my experience every time. The people who work at Beauty Lab really know what they are doing and are so good at it. Everyone is amazing but I have to give a shout out to Chantel, who I have been requesting for years for my lip injections and all other services I have gotten. She is so gentle, fun, and is so good at it! Another shout out to Cole, Ali, and Parker for being very welcoming and helping me book additional appointments or answer any questions when I need it, and Savannah for helping distract me from the needles and feel more comfortable. I highly recommend this place for any beauty enhancements you want because you will get good results!
Today was my first visit to Beauty Lab and Laser to get my lips done! Raven and Brooklyn greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in. I have to say, Regan is AMAZING! Both Regan and Savannah made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. I am already so obsessed with my results. I'm definitely planning to return for future appointments!
First time here and also my first time getting lip filler! My friend recommended me here and told me to go to Regan. I got the mini plump and I love it. Regan did an amazing job keeping my natural shape and distributed the injection well! Raven was awesome as well and helped ease my anxiety with the process. The staff was so great and welcoming! 10/10 recommend.
My first time at Beauty Lab + Laser was phenomenal! The front desk staff (Georgia, Parker and Ashley) were warm and friendly and so welcoming. Savvannah was assisting in my appointment and she was just so sweet. Chantel took the time to explain the process and what I should expect within the next couple of days. She was so sweet and gentle. Overall, a great experience here and I will definitely come back and will even refer my friends!
The five-star experience at Beauty Lab starts the minute you walk in the door. Folks at the front create a warm, welcoming environment. Even if you're bonkers stressed like I was when I was running late, they exude calm and understanding. Their attitude sets the tone for your whole experience. Then you get paired with a master aesthetician like Allie and all expectations you had for your experience are met and exceeded. It's not just a beauty or wellness treatment. Allie and the staff at Beauty Lab create an experience where you leave feeling refreshed and ready to face the world again.
I came in today with my wife, Dee recommended for her to get a Derma-plane facial after hearing my wife wanted to get a facial done. We were greeted by Parker and Lauren and they made us feel welcome offering drinks after checking us in. Dallas and Krista did the service for my wife and they were amazing. Dallas was super thorough explaining each step as he did them and both and he and Krista explained what she might feel with each wash, moisturizer, mask, ect so my wife knew what to expect. This service left my wife feeling beautiful! Definitely recommend getting services done here! After my wife’s experience I asked dee if she would recommend the treatment for me as well, she said yes. I came in and got the service done. Same as last time Parker and Lauren greeted me. While Dallas and Krista did the service. This was my very first facial and I was very nervous due to my sensitive skin but they reassured me every step and made an extra effort to make sure I was comfortable the entire time! My face was left glowing and the softest it has ever been. I have since recommended my sisters and mom to come and get services done!
