Love the Riverton location as much as Murray ! Everyone is so friendly, Micah was knowledgeable and took great care with my Xerf facial . I was a little nervous but felt safe in her care . I already love the results on day 1 & am excited for what’s to come ! Also this location is in a super cute shopping area with lots of boutiques and eatery’s nearby . I went to Flower Child after and there’s only two of those in the whole valley . Love the Lab 💕

My partner and I started coming to Beauty Lab for laser hair removal around a year ago and were a bit nervous as we were very new to the process. Whitney, the aesthetician we first met with, was and is incredible. She taught us how the laser process works, what types of results we should expect and was very thorough in the actual treatment. We've continued to work with her and have had fantastic results. She knows what she's doing and genuinely cares about her clients. The staff is wonderful to work with, the location is nice. We 100% recommend Beauty Lab for laser hair services.

I just had my first facial at Beauty Lab + Laser and I fear I may never emotionally recover… because now I know how the other half lives. Yes… THE Beauty Lab + Laser. Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader… dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you… it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you “queen.” I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I’ve ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes.

We planned a RHOSLC-inspired trip, so a treatment at Beauty Lab was a must! We booked their 60 minutes hydrafacials, and everything exceeded our expectations! From the start, the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, helping guide us to the right services for our needs. Our skincare specialists, Jaylee and Micah, were absolutely wonderful, so knowledgeable, professional, and happy to answer all our questions about other treatments (and some fun facts about the RHOSLC cast). Finally, the cherry on top? We received handwritten notes from Heather Gay herself! We’ll truly be fangirling forever. After the treatment, our skin felt smooth a dewy, we loved the result! Overall, such a great experience and I would 100% recommend Beauty Lab + Laser Med Spa!

I don’t often go out of my way to leave reviews, but my experience here was just that good. I just had my lips done here and truly couldn’t have had a better experience. <3 chantel is so sweet, personable, patient, extremely talented, and hilarious. both her and her medical assistant made me feel so comfortable, especially since I always get a little anxious beforehand. I wasn’t treated as “just another appointment”. they both took time to talk to me, ask about my plans for the day, make me laugh, and get to know me. you can tell they truly care about their clients and the overall experience just as much as the results. seriously such a kind group of girls that work here, and my lips look AMAZING. I cannot recommend them enough & I am so excited to come back!

I just got lip fillers done and had the best experience. Kass helped numb me up, gave me a Needoh to squeeze during the process, and was basically my emotional support the whole time Laura did my lips and she was incredibly fast, gentle, and caring. Both of them made me feel so comfortable and genuinely taken care of. I felt so loved walking out of there. I highly recommend them both! Amazing ♥️

I love beauty lab and laser! I have been seeing Laura for years and I can't compliment her enough! She is an amazingly skilled injector. She has done my lips, sculptra, cheeks and botox on many different occasions and I am always so incredibly happy with the results. She also always makes me feel pretty and welcome and it's my favorite reason why I see her. Lexi was her assistant for my filler this time, and she was wonderful at easing my anxiety and she was so sweet and helpful the entire time. If you are considering any kind of injections, I always recommend Laura at beauty lab and laser. They have THE best staff and the best prices.

I live on the road and don't feel comfortable walking into just any botox spot — I'm particular about who I trust with my face. But Heather Gay is in my top three Housewives, and honestly, I had to see the infamous parking lot. #IYKYK. So glad I made the stop. Regan is an absolute all-star. With over 15 years of experience, you can tell this is his craft and his passion — not just a job. I gave him full creative reign and he delivered what I am officially coining the Irish Brow Lift. I am obsessed. Cass was beyond adorable and a lovely addition to my experience and I would request her again! The location is spotless, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole vibe puts you at ease the moment you walk in. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular for sure. Whether you're a local or just passing through like me, this place is 100% worth the detour.

I had a wonderful experience with Miranda at Beauty Lab and Laser. From the initial consultation through the laser facial procedure, she was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. Miranda took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the treatment. I’ve been coming here for years now and I recently booked with Tori and I love my results after facial balancing and a mini for lip filler! 100% coming back to her for all my box and facial balancing appointments! She doesn’t do nose filler for safety reasons which is totally fine but if you’re looking for that you’ll have to book with someone else like Reagan! Beauty lab girl for life!

I absolutely love Beauty Lab + Laser. I’ve been going there for about five years now and have always had a great experience. I’ve consistently seen Regan for my Botox and lip injections,“He’s my Fav” and he has been fantastic every time. He’s incredibly skilled, precise, and makes the whole process comfortable and easy. My results always look natural and exactly how I want them. I’ve also had Hydrafacials and dermaplaning there, and those treatments have been wonderful as well. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and very professional, and the entire team is always welcoming. After all these years, it’s still the only place I go for my aesthetic treatments, and I recommend it to friends all the time. If you’re looking for a great med spa experience in Salt Lake City, Beauty Lab + Laser is definitely a place to check out.

I did thorough AI research looking for a new, competent laser place and the reviews were spot on! Beauty Lab was everything I expected and more! Clean, beautifully decorated space with knowledgeable and friendly staff! Whitney, The OG, was phenomenal! I was extremely impressed with the consultation. It was very detailed and unrushed. I’ve had four laser treatments so far and I am seeing great results. I was worried that getting laser hair removal would hurt a lot, but was pleasantly surprised that it is totally bearable. Whitney was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. It feels so good to, finally, pamper and take care of myself! I can’t wait to go back for more! I have been getting laser scar removal from Beauty Lab + Laser for about two years now. No matter which staff member I have interacted with, they have been the sweetest people and are always prompt and professional. I have egregious self harm scars, and I initially gave up on the idea of getting them treated since laser removal at hospitals is thousands of dollars. Not only were they so kind and compassionate during my consultation, but Natalie has been my girl since day one and I cannot accurately put into words how much she means to me. She ensures that you are well taken care of, and she genuinely cares about you as a person - not just your treatment. It can be a very intimate and vulnerable process, and she has always made me feel safe and cared for. I will always recommend ANY service they provide to loved ones, because no matter what service you receive and by whom, I can say with confidence that it will be a wonderful experience. We came all the way from LA and Beauty Lab did not dissapoint! From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly! The girls at the front desk were welcoming, informative and efficient! Mark and Elisha slayed during my injection appointment. Great conversation and no pain! Micah did an excellent job performing my daughter's mega hydra facial, her skin looks amazing! The only thing we sadly missed was seeing our girl Heather as we are over here seriously fanning! 🤣

She walked through the process with me ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect. She was very knowledgeable about the procedure. General vibe overall was very warm and cheery. What a wonderful visit at Beauty Lab! Big fan of RHOSLC and Heather so this was a have to stop on our trip from Denver and Chloe did not disappoint! My first time in n SLC. I always treat myself to a spa treatment when I travel. Since my hotel didn’t have a spa, I chose Beauty Lab (Murray location). Chloe gave me a wonderful Hydra facial. She also gave me tips on better skin treatment. Loved it!

I drive 5 hours from Jackson (Hole), WY to come here. That’s how good they are. I see Tori. I would consider her a master injector, and I’ve been getting poked since 2005. She won’t inject if you need quite need it yet, and will tell you what the plan is. Her lip injections are always on point though. Pun intended. Every assistant I have ever had in the room with me and for pre/post has been amazing, too. 5 stars.

This was my first time visiting Beauty Lab Laser, and to say it was a great experience would be an understatement! I booked a tan with Grace, who is AMAZING (thanks again girl, you're the best)! She made the whole experience super comfortable and was super friendly. I was so impressed with the whole experience from the professionalism, quick service, and positive attitudes from all the staff. The tan I got turned out really even, and lasted a good amount of time. The prices are also amazing (seriously, so good). This is my new favorite spot, and I 100% recommend to all y'all.

Went in for a mini lip plump with Regan and Kylie. What started out as slightly anxious situation as it was my first time getting my lips done. Turned into a more relaxed experience. The pain was much more mild than expected and Regan’s approach was to professional and to the point. 10/10 experience. Thank you both!

I absolutely love this place! I highly recommend Regan. He is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I got a lip flip, mini lip plump with some tox on my crows feet and elevens. I absolutely LOVE my results. I’m new to getting anything done- I’m a few months away from 40 and I still want to look as natural as possible. He and his assistant Cass made me feel very comfortable and made the procedures quick. I asked some questions regarding future procedures as I am aging. Regan gave me some insight on what I can do to keep a more youthful appearance while still looking natural and like myself. Cass is super sweet so if you can get them both, I highly recommend both of them! I also highly recommend Dallas for facials and micro needling. I was having a really bad week when I went in to see him. He was SO sweet and helpful. He made me super comfortable and did an amazing job! I love my results! I will never go to anyone else. What a lovely experience I had with Chloe performing my vampire treatment. She was so through and detail oriented also informative and helpful with after treatment and home care information. I am an esthetician myself and super recommend the treatment and seeing Chloe for an optimal treatment. Can’t wait to see the results.

I don’t even know where to begin on how amazing this establishment is! I decided to come here due to a bad experience in a laser area that is local to me and my goodness am I so glad to have made that switch and come to Beauty Lab + Laser! Dallas is treating laser hair removal for me and did an amazing thorough job! Dallas is genuine, charismatic, professional, and knowledgeable! I let him know of what happened to me at the other place as to why I stopped going there. Dallas gave me an example of what they taught him in school when he was becoming an aesthetician which made me realize how the previous place was not professional at all and did not do a thorough job as they should have. I am well taken care of here and I really appreciate that as a client because I want my money to go to an establishment that not only does a good job, but cares. I want to shout out Teagan for messaging me about Dallas’s availability and checking in on me because I mentioned after my appointment that I would like to have Dallas do my treatment again. It was so nice of the staff to remember and contact me! They truly go above and beyond here and it looks like the staff here is genuinely happy which is a good sign for a business. Also I want to mention how sweet and amazing Miranda is as she was my consultant before I started to receive treatment and she answered my questions, was honest about treatments, and was so helpful! She didn’t pressure me into buying different packages and even helped me choose which one would work best for the results I want. They are angels here and I will recommend Beauty Lab to everyone I know! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It’s a 1000/10 from me!

Good first visit to the Beauty Laser Lab. The facility was clean and staff was nice. The girls working at the front desk were all very new and didn’t quite have all their process of check-in down, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. Overall the experience was quick and I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Lab + Laser this morning. I had booked a spray tan appointment. I landed at the SLC airport early and called to see if they could take me earlier than my scheduled appointment. Tegan answered the phone and was able to accommodate me. Upon arrival at BLL, I was greeted by Elsha who performed my spray tan. She was very friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable and at home. I was really impressed by the staff’s professionalism and excitement for all that is offered. I will definitely be back anytime I visit SLC. Thank you for an amazing experience, can’t wait to see you all again.

This place is the best. Everyone there is absolutely amazing. They are so professional, kind and caring. They don’t do more than you need on injections. They are clean and fast. I recently had the most amazing experience; I am going through something and went in for an airbrush tan. Chloe is the best at that, I was telling her some of my struggles. She was so kind, caring, professional and made me leave feeling absolutely loved and empowered. I would recommend this place, over any other.

I received a spray tan from Grace last night. I showed up early for my appointment and I didn’t have to wait for my schedule time which I was very thankful for. Grace did an excellent job she was welcoming (as it was my first visit to Beauty Lab) friendly and explained everything I needed to know to get my tan and after care too. I had a dermaplane facial with Miranda and it was the most thorough dermaplaning I've ever gotten! Miranda was a sweetheart, too. Highly recommend!

The entire experience at Beauty Lab + Laser was excellent. Chad earnestly greeted us upon entry and was lovely to interact with. He personally gave us the Double Shot — which was quick and painless. His “bedside manner” was impeccable and overall I would highly recommend. The only downside is that we don’t live in SLC. Otherwise, we would be regulars!

I get my laser treatments with Miranda and she is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly sweet, makes you feel completely comfortable, and really knows her stuff. Her professionalism and knowledge gives me so much confidence in the process, and she always takes the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Raegan did an awesome job of explaining possibilities of different kinds of injections and administered Dysport to myself and my daughter. We felt very comfortable and knew we could trust his advice and work!! Thank you so much ! We will be back!!

Went to Laura for my first lip flip and filler and I have absolutely no regrets! Her and her assistant (I think Stevie?) were the sweetest, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! She explained everything so well, was so patient, and made sure we were on the same page about what I wanted. And I can’t forget the lovely people up front! They were attentive, hyped me up, and so sweet also. Love this place, and I will definitely be back!

My first time doing lip fillers. I got a mini plump and I am sooooo impressed with how amazing they look right after. Mark did an amazing job. He was nice, upbeat and so progressional. Allie is so sweet and cute and helps to keep you comfortable. The procedure was fast and I love my lips! Pictures below are before and right after. I wanted them to look natural. Sam and Ashley at the front desk were so professional and took great care of me. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

I had my 1st micro needling + chemical peel done with JAYLEE & it was an awesome experience 🙌🏻! Since it was my first time having that treatment done I didn’t know what to expect so of course I asked all the first timer questions & she was very sweet & informative. Throughout the treatment she continued to asking me how I was doing & was great at encouraging a conversation to help take my mind off of any minor discomfort. I will definitely be going back for my 2nd treatment soon 😊. Ps. Random sidenote… the restroom was very clean and the interior design was very cool 😍.

Laura is amazing!! Whenever I travel from Sacramento to visit family, I always make a point to stop by. I’ve seen her several times now, and she always understands exactly what I want. I also really appreciate the price transparency. Laura is incredibly professional, but she also has a great sense of humor that makes the whole experience more comfortable and fun. Her staff is wonderful, too. The front desk team is warm and welcoming, and everyone there is glowing!

I have been going to this location for a few months now and seeing injector Laura. I cannot say enough positive words about this lady. She is the kindest and most efficient person I’ve ever gone to. Anytime I have any problems or concerns she addresses them immediately. She’s been working with me on a custom plan for my face and I am so over the moon. I have been receiving air brush tanning services from another provider. I found myself in a bind to receive a spray tan immediately and they were unable to fit me in so I called Beauty Lab Murray and they were able to take care of me. I must say that I am very pleased with the results from the Beauty Lab and the cost was lower! Chloe did a terrific job. I have parts that I like darker than other parts and she was able to provide exactly what I wanted. I shall definitely return.

When I called to book my facial, I spoke with Chad and he was so friendly, and personable while being professional. When I came in, he remembered booking my appointment. Miranda is a master esthetician, who is clearly on it. We discussed my skin concerns and she made a game plan; we even added moisturizing hand mitts! I've now had 3 spray tans at the Murray location with Chloe and Grace - both did absolutely amazing jobs! Very professional and following all the instructions my tan lasts for a good 2-3 weeks and fades really well. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I received IPL treatment from Amy Hopkins several months ago and have been thrilled with the results. Amy was patient and gentle, and helped me feel comfortable by explaining what was happening throughout the procedure. My dark pigment patches lifted and dissolved, and have not returned. Im a fan if SLC Housewives and my sister and I have started doing business in SLC so I had to stop in and get treatments! My first visit was with Dallas back in 10/24. I did the “Good Time Girl” facial as Heather is my favorite! He was amazing and super friendly. My skin was glowing! Dallas made me want to return.. Fast forward me and my sister were back in town for business, wanted to see Dallas but he was off. Shelby was our esthetician. She was great. I just wanted a quick exfoliation and hydration so I did the “Cupcake Facial” it was quick and to the point, perfect treatment before my flight home. My skin looked amazing! I’m from Georgia and one of the highlights of my trip there was to see my favorite Housewives place of business. Everyone there was so amazing! I had lip flip done and I started seeing results in 24 hours after it was done. My daughter and I both got cupcake facials and the next day our skin looked amazing! Always have such a good experience here! I've never had to wait for more than 5 mins, they're decently priced and offer a huge variety of services. Everyone that works here is SO kind- and I can't stress this enough! Laura made me feel so comfortable and confident & was so kind and caring. She made the experience so much less *painful* and so much more enjoyable. I got a mini lip plump and I have hardly any bruising or swelling- and I was only there for maybe 30 mins. Ty Laura!

Came because I’m a RHSLC Heather fan, and will definitely return on my next visit to Utah. Dallas was an absolute dream and took such care with all of the steps of my treatment (Hydra Facial). He brightened my day (and skin) in such a beautiful way. I also got the vitamin B and fat burner shots - the tech was so gentle I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Kylie at the front desk was a doll and offered to take my pic with the angel wings…the only thing that could have made it better would be if the queen bee herself walked in. If I lived nearby this would be my go to spot for sure. Loved every second of it! And my skin was GLOWING for days. 🩷🩷🩷

I love Beauty Lab! I've been getting regular botox and lip filler for the last few years, and I'm always impressed. At a most recent visit, I was greeted by Dallas Gobell, who immediately made me feel like I was a valued member of the beauty lab family. Raven Johnson supported my appointment with Laura Savage for a mini lip plump and I was so comfortable and enjoyed my whole experience! My lips look absolutely wonderful and I'm so excited to come back soon! Love the vibes at BL+L! I just had my first appointment with Tori and I can't stop telling everyone how amazing it was. The check in/out process was easy and efficient with the help of Chad and Parker. Raven brought me back and was super nice and helpful throughout my visit. I have gotten B-12 shots in the past at beauty lab + laser. Yesterday I came in for another B-12 shot, Dallas & Jaci were super nice and checked me in. Brooklyn & Shelby were also very friendly and recommended a spray tan. I was super hesitant but everyone here is so awesome so I trusted them. Dee did my spray tan and let me just say, it came out so amazing . I’m beyond happy with the results. Dee did such an amazing job. Everyone here is so amazing and their customer service is out of this world. If you have never be here , what are you waiting for ?!

I had the best experience at Beauty labs. I live that they are so transparent with their pricing. More importantly the injector Laura is extremely knowledgeable and really helps make sure you get the most out of each treatment. Steromi her assistant was extremely nice and great with getting me the right product. Overall I was very impressed and I will definitely go back.

I go to beauty lab to get a laser scar removal treatment, and every time I have gone I've had an amazing experience! The two girls at the front desk (Sam and Miranda) are super inviting and nice. Shelby has done my laser treatment the last two times, and I would highly recommend her! She always details the necessary prep and aftercare for the treatment, makes me feel super comfortable, and gets me in and out of there in about 10 minutes. I love beauty lab and would recommend the laser scar removal treatment to anyone whos looking into it! I have noticed a huge difference after just two sessions!

I’ve been seeing Laura for lip filler going on 3 years now! She is charismatic, professional, and all around a lovely human being. I always feel like I’m catching up with a friend. My visits are always quick and efficient. At my most recent visit Raven, Chad, and Madi at the front desk were welcoming and made the check in/out process as easy as possible. Laura’s assistant Cece had me in right away and was friendly and confident. I always feel well taken care of. I also want to add that the team hypes me up just as much before my appointment as they do after! I’m constantly being reassured how great I look when I come in, and I have never felt pressured to get more treatments. In fact, I’ve never had anyone try to “sell” me anything. It’s a welcoming and safe place for treatments, and I wholeheartedly recommend BL+L and their staff. 15/10 stars

This was my first experience at Beauty Lab + Laser. I found them via a Google search while looking for a facility that had the ability to do airbrush tanning. The office was very clean, bright and the staff was very kind. Elsha McKay was prompt, professional and gave me a fantastic airbrush tan. Exactly what I wanted and by far the best, most affordable sunless tan I have ever received. I will definitely be back!

9/2025 Update: I received lip filler and Dysport with Tori. She always knows just what to do, and I appreciate her knowledge and guidance. I always book with Miranda, she's so thorough and careful, and I always walk away with incredible results - she's the best I've found! My wife went and had her first spray tan and Dallas was her esthetician. He was absolutely phenomenal and made her feel so comfortable the entire time and gave her step by step through the whole process. She can't wait to go back!

Jaylee and Miranda gave me and my mom a wonderful hydrafacial with a dermaplaning add on today. The front desk was very accommodating for the last minute add on and luckily they had the time to make it work. All the equipment they used seemed clean and had great smelling products that left us glowing and refreshed!

First time going there, hadn’t had a facial in a year. The experience was great and the staff was super nice and professional. My skin feels refreshed and softer, it was red when I left but it calmed down after a few hours. I got the led light therapy phantom facial but they didn’t do any extractions. Website description is “Our signature Phantom Facial includes a cleanse, extractions, a light medical grade chemical peel or mask, and LED light therapy treatment.” I would probably go back.

I see Tori & I absolutely adore her. Not only for her amazing personality but you can tell she loves her job… I am confident she’s going to make me look great. 😊 All of the team at Beauty Lab is amazing. So nice & caring.

I can't begin to explain just how amazing this place is and how amazing and beautiful the entire staff is inside and out! Everything I have gotten done here has been flawless. I have been going here for 4 ish years now without a single bad experience. Not to pick favorites but Laura is a FREAKING QUEEN!! She always talks me through what she's doing and makes me feel so comfortable when I'm trying something new and am a little nervous. At 45 years old, I was nervous about getting my first Botox treatment, but my experience at Beauty Lab was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, putting me at ease right away. They took the time to explain the procedure and share all options for services and pricing. The actual injection process was surprisingly painless. I barely felt a thing. The injector and assistant were very skilled and gentle, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Which was shockingly fast - under 15mins! I am very happy with the results. My crows feet wrinkles are significantly reduced, and I look more youthful overall.

Uniquely pleasant and educational, open atmosphere. Dallas, Kylie, and Jaci made me feel so comfortable which was clearly just their natural personalities. They genuinely are kind and supportive which meant a lot because I’ve had some rough experiences at clinics on the past. Raven was so fun and sweet and gave me all the information I was so curious about and helped me understand what will be most complimentary for my face. Mark was so kind and so professional. I felt safe with him. He went the extra mile and even stayed later (I was his last appointment of the day) to do another treatment I decided I wanted during the first.

Amy is one of the best! Since I started getting my laser treatment, she has been kind, professional, giving good advice on what to do after the treatment and what not to do. She explains the process as she is doing it very well. This is the best place to go, I would definitely recommend Amy!

I had another wonderful experience getting Botox with Regan! He is very knowledgeable and really helpful with suggestions for anything I am concerned about. Beauty Lab has superior customer service from the front desk to the assistants and anyone passing by you in the hallway! One of my favorite parts is no tips! My first time at Beauty Lab and I came in for the Wild Rose facial and I will definitely be back! This treatment is definitely in the "treat yourself" category but absolutely worth it. I LOVE BEAUTY LAB!! The customer service from Tegan and Parker was amazing. I normally don't have good pain but Jason and Lauren were the best. They gave me breaks between injections and helped me get though the pain. Jason had so much knowledge about the filler and where to place it best. Lauren was the biggest hype women ever! The whole atmosphere is so positive and clean! 100% recommend and there is a reason I have gotten work there over 5 times! I also recently got a spray tan by Brooklynn and she made me feel good about myself and I never felt uncomfortable while she was spraying! Forget all the chain laser specialists and med spas because locally owned and operated Beauty Lab + Laser is simply the best. I've been coming here since December and am so glad to have found the kindest, most welcoming pros in SLC! Chad and Annabelle (and really all of the front desk staff) always welcome me with a smile, and at this point I feel like I would trust my laser specialist Allie with my life lol. Had such a great first med spa experience here! I was able to make a last minute same day appointment. I love that they have appointments so late in the evening. My lip flip took 2 minutes and was painless. I love that they use a little tool to distract from the pain and everyone here is so nice. Dallas and Parker at the desk were awesome, Dallas called me queen and I almost cried. Cece and Tori took great care of me in the back. I would take half a star only for the fact that there was no answer when I called and as a first timer I would have liked time and encouragement to ask just a few questions but I also understand the appointment is 5 minutes so you’re in and out. But overall everything was so amazing I think it’s still deserving of 5 stars (:

Once I was taken back to the room I was taken care of by Savannah and Mark. Savannah was so sweet and hyping me up during my lip plump which helped make the nerves go away. Mark, who gave me my injections, was really nice, funny, and made the whole experience very comfortable. My lips aren’t even hurting the day after! All around a wonderful experience and I would definitely make the trip back out here just for the people at the Beauty Lab!

I came in today with my wife, Dee recommended for her to get a Derma-plane facial after hearing my wife wanted to get a facial done. We were greeted by Parker and Lauren and they made us feel welcome offering drinks after checking us in. Dallas and Krista did the service for my wife and they were amazing. Dallas was super thorough explaining each step as he did them and both and he and Krista explained what she might feel with each wash, moisturizer, mask, ect so my wife knew what to expect. This service left my wife feeling beautiful! Definitely recommend getting services done here! After my wife’s experience I asked dee if she would recommend the treatment for me as well, she said yes. I came in and got the service done. Same as last time Parker and Lauren greeted me. While Dallas and Krista did the service. This was my very first facial and I was very nervous due to my sensitive skin but they reassured me every step and made an extra effort to make sure I was comfortable the entire time! My face was left glowing and the softest it has ever been. I have since recommended my sisters and mom to come and get services done!

I had a good first visit to Beauty Lab! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful at the front desk - Chad and Tegan. I had botox done with Laura that was so quick and honestly much less painful than I've had in the past, with great results. Miranda was great at explaining all the laser options and helping me with planning out future sessions. I'm excited to go back for more treatments!

I normally see Reagan (who Is the hands down best person to get fuller and Botox from) but tonight I went to the RIverton/Herriman store and had my first micro needling done by Christina. She was very helpful with the knowledge she had for this service and because this was my first time she talked me through it all. I had been brutally abused with a flashlight by my ex and I have scars on my face that I hate. She told me how this will help my scars and made me feel better about the process. Tonight I feel that I have 100% put that chapter in my life to rest once and for all. Thank you for having the best staff ever. I was in the market for a new med spa and had a really great first experience at Beauty Lab + Laser. Their location is absolutely beautiful and Stevoni at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. He made a great first impression. Reagan was my injector and I really appreciated that he took the time to talk about what it would take to get me the results I was looking for and talk to me about the cost ( no injector at my prior med spa ever talked about the cost upfront!) The injections were quick and easy. He injected me in different places than previous injectors have, but after 7 days I can see a noticeable difference in my results. They are great! He is very obviously skilled and knowledgeable. Parker was assisting Reagan when I went in and she was really sweet and friendly. The way she used the vibrating wand to distract my nerves was the most effective that tool has ever been for me. At my previous med spa, I didn’t think that thing actually worked, but there was a positive difference in its effectiveness during my treatment that day. Beauty Lab + Laser is definitely the place I will be visiting from now on.

UPDATE: I've been continuing my laser sessions with Logan, and she too, is amazing! On top of making me feel so relaxed and comfortable, she really takes the time to listen to my concerns, and customize the treatment based on how I feel the last session went. If you want to feel like you're chatting with a girlfriend all the while becoming hair free 10/10 recommend! I came in for my first laser hair removal with Kaitlyn and it was a great experience! To start, the new Beauty lab location is so big and feels super fresh and clean. The girls are so sweet at check-in, and Kaitlyn really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the consultation and the treatment! She explained everything in depth before getting started, which was definitely appreciated as a first timer. The service was virtually pain free, and quicker than expected, which were both pleasant surprises. On top of that Kaitlyn was extremely friendly and outgoing the whole time. It was such a great experience that I booked my next appointment with her before leaving!

I have been doing spray tans from Beauty Lab and Laser, Murray location for the last year now. I have seen many of their technicians. In fact, probably all of them throughout my time there, they are All great, I've had a wonderful experience with each one of them and all of there counter staff is kind and helpful as well. I had the best experience at the beauty lab! My friends and I decided to go to get our first injections + facials. We were a little nervous, however, Raven & the other girl at the counter were extremely welcoming and took photos of us which made us feel more comfortable. Front desk is super helpful and always so nice. It’s a fun professional environment whenever I’ve gone there (for a few years now). Clean and beautiful business space. I also love that they have removed the awkwardness of TIPPING-they don’t allow you to tip on any service-which is actually kind of nice because if you’re like me, you never know what’s appropriate to tip and what services expect a tip. So, that fact alone says A LOT about this brand and company. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Fairly priced, and I love that they list all their pricing on their site. I love this place! They are so sweet! I dis the kini lip plump but I also scheduled the microneedling facial at one time. I just had too kuch sun exposure by the time it was my appt and they respectfully declined to do the service in case it would mess up my skin. I was referred to Beauty Lab + Laser by a friend. I have been unhappy with my thin lips, so I decided to try it. The team was very welcoming! Parker and Chad make me feel at home. Then Madi started prepping me with the numbing cream and she was just so nice! After a few minutes I was taken to a room and Tori worked her magic! I love my lips!! Tori is single-handedly the best person I’ve ever encountered for blood draw. My veins are SO hard to draw blood from and she has been able to get it on her first try, every time! It’s now been 12 weeks since my first treatment and I have SO MUCH new growth! I’m really excited to see where my hair is in the next 6 months. I’m so glad I went through with this treatment and I could not recommend Tori enough! She’s phenomenal!

Today was my first time at Beauty Lab and it was the BEST experience. My esthetician, Whitney, is amazing! Whitney has a way of making you feel so good about yourself. She is so warm and sweet. You can tell she genuinely cares about you as a person and a client. She gave me a spray tan today and did such a good job at making me feel comfortable. Regan and Chantel are the best. Every consultation and treatment has dramatically improved the quality of my skin. Apart from their immense skill, I appreciate the respect they have for my time. After going to several other med spas in the valley I was sick of lengthy consultations and long wait times for appointments. Never the case at Beauty Lab and Laser. Plus, the ability to book online is a huge bonus. I can't even count the times I have booked a lunchtime treatment during a busy day of meetings. Bottom line don't waste your time anywhere else.

I LOVE Beauty Lab + Laser. Every time I go I am treated like a VIP. Parker always makes sure I feel welcome. The staff there is amazing. Just had my first ever microneedling appointment with Miranda. She was so kind and informative on this as well as other treatment options. She checked in with me frequently to ask how I was doing and made it such a good experience! Logan was very kind and welcoming when I came in and made me feel comfortable. Hillary @ Beauty Lab & Laser is the best. Hilary did my lashes before I went on vacation to Hawaii. I was swimming in the ocean and the pool for 8 days and the lashes never came off. I came here for my very first facial. Upon entering, I was greeted by both Parker and Annabelle. They were super friendly and Annabelle had me fill out my new client forms on an iPad. It took no more than 2 minutes probably. Within minutes, Miranda (my esthetician) took me back and even offered my boyfriend to come back and sit with us. She did a great job of explaining the entire process and what was happening (all the different devices and serums used). Overall, everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were super clean and inviting. It was a great first facial experience, and I’d definitely go back the next time I’m in Salt Lake City! My skin looked and felt great!

I went to Beauty Lab at the suggestion of my esthetician from Massage Envy Sugarhouse.. I did botox and air brush tan for my wedding. The service was always so friendly and helpful. I was nervous about both procedures, but everyone made me feel comfortable and assured my happiness with the outcome with their skill and free touch ups if something was not to my liking. Follow up was awesome as well to check in on me. I have to commend Brooklynn for a perfect air brush tan for the wedding, Elisha for my test tan, Kylie for botox, and Dallas for making me feel so special and giving great tips to ensure my aftercare was on point! From the moment I walked in to make my appointment, Elsha was so welcoming and such a friendly face at the front desk. Even the morning of my appointment, in the middle of a rainy morning, Elsha was still the positive ray of sunshine when I walked through the doors. I’ve had a lip flip done a few times back at home, but being that it was time for it to be done & as a huge Housewives fan, obviously the only option was to come to Beauty Lab + Laser…and Jason did not disappoint!! He asked how many units I usually get and helped me decide what was best. I also wanted to get a b12 injection and was contemplating whether or not I should do the fat burning blaster as well, but Raven was honest and told me it’s best with consistency and since I am not local it didn’t make sense. I think that was my favorite part about Beauty Lab was the honesty and transparency the staff provided. All of the prices are displayed online or at the front desk so there’s no hidden fees. Of course at the end, I had to purchase souvenirs to bring home. When Elsha and Chad told me that the products were all at cost, my mouth hit the floor. You’d never find that in Florida. Overall I had an incredible experience. The four staff members I had the pleasure of meeting clearly love what they do and it’s visible the moment you walk in the door. If I could give Beauty Lab & Laser 6 stars I would!! I’m from California and I was in town visiting and decided to get a mini lip plump. From the time I was greeted at the front desk til scheduling another appointment at the end, it was a perfect experience!! Alyson and Ali are AMAZING. They explained everything thoroughly (it was my first time getting fillers) and made the experience really fun and easy. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! This was my first time at Beauty Lab and Laser. At first I scheduled for a Mini lip plump. When I walked in, the staff was extremely warm and inviting. I was taken back by Savannah who is so so nice. Regan did a quick consult with me and we decided to go with a full lip plump. I'm so glad I did! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was also extremely soft with me and gently. I have had two services done here in the past month or two. I got a lip flip from Laura and I have nothing bad to say truly. She cared about my well-being and the cleanliness of what she was doing. I was in and out within ten minutes of walking in. The salon feels very fresh ,upbeat, and clean. My lips looked wonderful and the healing process was a breeze. I knew I wanted to come back, I got a mini lip plump from Weston and Alli. Alli is great and professional and makes you feel very welcome. Weston was very gentle and encouraging! The recovery process went smoothly and my lips are now healed. They look super natural and i absolutely love them. Pricing is very affordable and am totally coming back to get more done!

I have been getting Botox for a couple of years and decided to give Beauty Labs a try, just to see what the difference would be with a different injector (not expecting much). I was paired with Tori who explained everything in detail. What I should change up, what I should keep doing, the little changes that we could try to freshen "me" up. We talked about my lip lines, my one eye that closes more than the other when I smile. We covered a lot of bases without any pressure to do anything "drastic". Lauren was the tech that helped which made everything run smoothly. I felt like I was the only one to be looked after. Chad at the front desk was friendly as well. It was a very comfortable and professional environment all around. I very much plan on returning the Beauty Labs.

Beauty Lab + Laser is seriously the best in the game. I started getting my lashes done by Hillary a few years ago, and after my FIRST appointment I knew I would never be going anywhere else. She is a true artist and my lashes always look perfection. She also always has the most beautiful plump lips and glowing skin... so obviously I took her recommendations to try the hydra facial and get a mini limp plump seriously. I had my lip appt yesterday and am so happy with the results! I saw Laura and she can basically do injections with her eyes closed. My lips look amazing. Also, shout out to the wonderful front desk staff who are always super pleasant and welcoming. There is nothing worse than walking into a spa and feeling out of place or a nuisance. Couldn’t recommend Regan more highly! He knew exactly what I needed to do to get the results I was looking for. He is so professional but so personable and awesome too. Was warmly greeted by Chad, Cole and Elsha upon my arrival and they were incredibly welcoming. It was my first time and they walked me through the process and were very kind. I was brought back to my treatment room by Alexis and Savannah who explained to me the Lip plump process. They were so sweet, applied my numbing cream and made me feel at ease. My injector was Tori and she was FABULOUS. I have never gotten Lip Fillers before and let her know that I really didn't want to look like a duck or a blow up doll and she absolutely NAILED it. My only regret is that I haven't done this years earlier, the whole experience from start to finish was incredible. As a business owner myself, I would be proud to have these incredible employees representing my company!

I got my lips done at Beauty Lab + Laser yesterday and they never disappoint! The sweet staff can’t be beat. I love every single one of them. Sam, Raven and Ashley at the front always make me feel so special and loved. I always go to Regan for my injections and he truly is the best in the industry! I've been to a few places around and so far I'm totally in love with Beauty Lab! They customer service is wonderful as far as making sure your completely satisfied with your results and making sure if your not they get you in and make the adjustments free of charge. I finally don't have to fear bringing up things I wish were different! And they were more than willing to dissolve old filler from Elase (they refused to admit it was their filler and to do anything about it). They really had my best lips in mind! I also did the nose contour and I love my nose! It's enough to not drive me nuts anymore but no one has actually noticed which is PERFECT. I wanted a cute little upturned nose and they did a great job. I had Laura do all my services and would highly recommend her!

This place is AMAZING. My first time I came in for a full lip plump I was so nervous but Chantel and Logan made me feel so welcomed and were so accommodating. My lips looked perfect! I then came back in a few weeks later to upgrade my lips, and Alyson and Alli were incredible as well! They made me feel welcomed and helped me feel comfortable. I had an overall average experience at this medspa. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. My injector was professional, and the appointment itself went smoothly. However, I do wish the medical assistant, had been more personable, as they came across somewhat unfriendly, which made the experience feel less comfortable. If you’re looking for a quick Botox service, this place can be convenient. Otherwise, my experience was just satisfactory, and I wouldn’t consider it my go to medspa.

I very rarely choose male providers for care, but I decided to give Reagan at Beauty Laser Lab a chance because of all the flawless reviews. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling dismissed and unheard. Just because I’ve had Botox and filler before doesn’t mean I don’t deserve a conversation about my goals or problem areas. Instead, Reagan immediately told his assistant how many units I’d be given, without ever consulting me directly about a plan or the cost. To be fair, I am happy with the results. But I did not feel comfortable with how the appointment was handled. It was over quickly and felt rushed, cold, and transactional. I was not given the opportunity to truly consent to the cost or treatment plan before he moved forward by quickly stabbing my face. He mentioned his “free touchups” policy, but in a way that felt more like a boast to his ego than reassurance. For the amount of money I spent, I expected thoughtful communication and personalized care. Instead, I walked away feeling like just another transaction. Later, someone I know shared that they had a very similar experience with him, which confirmed it wasn’t just me. I want to be clear that I don’t think Beauty Laser Lab is a bad place to go. In fact, I’ve had many people tell me they’ve had amazing experiences with other providers there. But in my opinion, Reagan may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a consultative, patient-focused approach.

My esthetician was great, but that’s about the only good thing. As soon as I walked in the front desk workers acted like I was an inconvenience that was interrupting their conversation. Not a welcoming environment at all.

I went in with a very specific request. I asked only for subtle lip shaping and made it clear that I did not want added volume because I was trying to avoid an overfilled or unnatural look. My goal was simple. Refine the shape, keep it natural. Immediately after the procedure, I noticed folds forming on the sides of my mouth. I brought this up and was advised to trust the process and give it time for swelling to go down. I followed that guidance and waited through the full healing period. The folds never went away. They are still clearly visible and noticeable enough that other people have commented on them without me bringing it up, which has been frustrating and honestly embarrassing. This is not the outcome I asked for, and it does not reflect what was discussed. What has been more disappointing is the lack of response. I reached out by email with photos and a detailed explanation of my concerns and never heard back. When a procedure affects someone’s face, follow up and accountability matter. For context, I have had lip filler done before at a physician owned practice. When I had a concern, I was brought back in the next day and it was corrected without hesitation. That level of care should be standard. Aesthetic work is both technical and artistic. It requires precision, but it also requires responsibility when the result is not right. In this case, there was no follow up and no effort to address the outcome. I will be posting before and after photos so others can make their own informed decision.

I got my dysport here for a few appts and I hated it. I felt as though the injector didn’t care what I wanted and just kind of did what she felt was needed. My appts always felt so rushed and every time you walk in and wait in the waiting area, it feels like a high school lunch room. Employees sit behind the desks and whisper and giggle and shoot glances at you as if they’re talking about you and it gives mean girl vibes. I haven’t been back in a while, so it’s possible that it’s not this way anymore, but that was my experience here. I won’t ever be back, nor will I recommend this place.

I felt rushed, my lips weren’t numbed, and they just jabbed me in the lips without asking what I wanted. I told them it was my first time ever getting lip filler, and they didn’t take the time to educate me on anything, except placing ice on my lips. I didn’t realize how “cold” this experience was until I went to another injector and had the complete opposite experience. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Avoid. This. Location. Justice burned me doing laser removal. It is painful and will likely leave a scar forever. I have been doing laser on multiple locations at the Murray location for the last 6-7 months and have NEVER had any issues. I decided to try this location since it is closer to home. From the beginning she did not seem very knowledgeable as she had to refer to the sheets on the machines numerous times to get the “right” settings on the machine. She did the initial zap to ensure the pain was fine, which it was and I vocalized that. She continued the treatment and it began to hurt VERY bad. I was about to ask her to stop but she finished one side and I said “wow.” She replied that it can get a little “spicy” or something similar. And had me turn my face before I could really gather my thoughts that something was off. I am well aware of the “spicy” feeling, again this is not new to me. But this was different. She did the other side which hurt just as much. When she finished she told me she did a “higher” setting to “really get those hair follicles.” Which I’m sorry, why have they never done that before at any of my 6 or 7 other appointments? It hurts, it’s going to leave a permanent mark on my face, and most of all I am completely disappointed that my inner Karen is coming out but this experience was not acceptable. Be better Beauty Lab + Laser.

Done my lips super crooked. Wanted me to pay to have them dissolved and then pay again to have them redone. My lips looked incredibly butch after going here! I am scared to have anything done by them ever again truly! They try to fit people in the smallest time frames due to high volume leading to poor outcomes. I tried making it work on two separate accounts before writing this rating.

If i could give it a zero I would, it hasn't been over a few months I've been noticing how the filler moved around and today it came out as a goey clear slime product that I knew wasn't a bodily fluid because it didn’t dissolve. And kept coming out of my lips. Very poorly injected, and they didnt even bother to really listen to my request and just did it very quick with zero actual caution or consideration. I would gladly go back in time and never go there again and waste my hard earned money.

I got my lips done here awhile back. Unfortunately, I moved away to another state and have not been back. I will finally be coming back to Utah in a couple weeks and not even 2 months ago I spoke with someone on the phone about dissolving my lips free of charge. I should have just booked it then with her but I wanted to confirm first I will be in Utah. I called today to make the reservation to dissolve my migrated lip filler and the person I spoke with told me it’s $250+. I mentioned to him that I understand it’s been awhile since I’ve been there (almost 4 years), but someone said not even 2 months ago that I could still come in free of charge. It seems like there is no communication and it’s whoever you get on the phone. While I do understand that it’s been awhile, but I made the call previously they were extremely sweet and understanding that my lips may have been overfilled and they’d be happy to put me down for a dissolving session and to start fresh so I can come back after healing to get new filler. When I asked why is it $250+ he said it’s because of the time it takes. Then he said it takes 15 minutes. So I’m a little confused by this customer service of charging an already existing customer who came to your establishment and had lips overfilled the same you would charge someone who has not been there. Suffice to say, if they’re charging existing customers then I might as well go to an establishment that is near me who also do a better job.

Crappy service. Was not walked through how my Botox session was going to go at all. I sat in the seat and the guy started injecting my upper lip with out counting down, explaining to me the service, or showing any interest with what I wanted. I’ve come here many times but after this service I will be reconsidering if I go here in the future.
