Amazing customer service! Dallas was wonderful and gave me the best spray tan ever while providing such a comfortable and relaxing setting!
I rarely leave reviews, but I have to give a HUGE shout out to Laura Savage! Laura makes you feel like you're coming back to visit a beautiful, long-time friend. She is SO caring, thoughtful, and she's amazing at what she does. I won't go to anyone else for botox. Every staff member is so kind and welcoming. Thanks Beauty Lab!
I got a spray tan with Lainey and it was great! I've never had a spray tan before and Lainey was amazing at explaining the process and aftercare as well as tips on how to make it last. And it looks amazing!! I will definitely be back :)
What a lovely experience I had with Chloe performing my vampire treatment. She was so through and detail oriented also informative and helpful with after treatment and home care information. I am an esthetician myself and super recommend the treatment and seeing Chloe for an optimal treatment. Can’t wait to see the results.
My partner and I had such a nice experience at Beauty Lab + Laser this afternoon! We both received the Double-Up shots - they were quick and painless. McKay and Dallas were very warm, welcoming, and professional! I definitely recommend stopping in!
Such an amazing experience! Huge fan of the show and was visiting from Idaho so decided to get a lip flip and facial. Both were phenomenal! Chloe is so amazing! Will definitely be back whenever I’m in town.
Heard from a friend about the Amazing spray tans offered at the Murray location! Lauren was incredible!! I love the solution they use and the technique for an amazing tan with great color!!
I don’t even know where to begin on how amazing this establishment is! I decided to come here due to a bad experience in a laser area that is local to me and my goodness am I so glad to have made that switch and come to Beauty Lab + Laser! Dallas is treating laser hair removal for me and did an amazing thorough job! Dallas is genuine, charismatic, professional, and knowledgeable! I let him know of what happened to me at the other place as to why I stopped going there. Dallas gave me an example of what they taught him in school when he was becoming an aesthetician which made me realize how the previous place was not professional at all and did not do a thorough job as they should have. I am well taken care of here and I really appreciate that as a client because I want my money to go to an establishment that not only does a good job, but cares. I want to shout out Teagan for messaging me about Dallas’s availability and checking in on me because I mentioned after my appointment that I would like to have Dallas do my treatment again. It was so nice of the staff to remember and contact me! They truly go above and beyond here and it looks like the staff here is genuinely happy which is a good sign for a business. Also I want to mention how sweet and amazing Miranda is as she was my consultant before I started to receive treatment and she answered my questions, was honest about treatments, and was so helpful! She didn’t pressure me into buying different packages and even helped me choose which one would work best for the results I want. They are angels here and I will recommend Beauty Lab to everyone I know! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It’s a 1000/10 from me!
My experience at Beauty Lab + Laser in Murray was absolutely exceptional! I was visiting from New Orleans, and this was my first time getting lip filler. While I was beyond excited, I’ll admit I had a few nerves walking in - but those disappeared the moment I met the fabulous team. Everyone made me feel so comfortable, and I felt completely calm and confident before the procedure. Laura is truly a lip filler angel. She did an incredible job, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. My lips have never looked better, and I’m completely obsessed! I would highly recommend Beauty Lab + Laser to anyone considering lip filler or any aesthetic treatment.
First time at Beauty Lab & Laser. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to check in and take me back. I had the pleasure of being treated by Regan.. He was so nice, very knowledgeable and VERY professional. Not to mention quick!! I will definitely be back. Thank you for providing a lovely experience 💕

Good first visit to the Beauty Laser Lab. The facility was clean and staff was nice. The girls working at the front desk were all very new and didn’t quite have all their process of check-in down, but it wasn’t too big of a deal. Overall the experience was quick and I was in and out in 20 minutes.
Beauty Lab is so cute and so clean!!! Whitney made my laser experience so great. She explained everything to me, made sure I was comfortable, and was so sweet and nice.
I love it here! Everybody is so sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Its very clean and calm as well. I have always wanted laser but was discouraged by the prices at other places until I found Beauty Lab+Laser! Will always recommend them. Also, Dallas is incredibly personable!
Jason has been the best injector for my first time with filler and Botox. Kylee was also amazing and they both were so patient and kind and answered all of my questions.

Thank you Beauty Lab!!! my skin has never looked better. This was my first Hydrafacial, now I’m hooked!! My skin is still glowing! Whitney Duncan was my Esthetician. She was so kind and very knowledgeable with this service. Me and my girlfriend booked appointments together and we got to sit together which was super fun. I couldn’t be happier with the beauty service I received as well as the customer service. Boom and Chad in the front reception area were so kind and welcoming.
I’ve done a few laser hair removal sessions with Micah, 10/10 recommend! She’s a true professional, very friendly and easy to communicate with. She alsochecks in often to make sure it’s as comfortable an experience as possible. She’s just the best! The whole process is so smooth, from booking to the laser. Beauty Lab and Laser is beautiful and clean, with helpful friendly staff :)

My friend, Alexis, and I booked cupcake facials while in town from Arizona. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The facials were so relaxing. But the highlight was definitely getting to meet our fave Housewife, Heather! Such a genuine person and you can see that she really takes care of her employees. Highly recommended!!
I’ve gotten multiple services at beauty lab and it’s always been a great experience! Every staff member I’ve worked with has always been so kind, and I especially appreciate that they walk me through every step they are doing! I’ve received facials from Micah, Dallas, and Amy and all three of them were excellent. I’ve also gotten laser hair removal from Micah and she always makes me feel so comfortable. Beauty Lab is always clean and inviting. I really like how easy it is to schedule online and how they are so transparent about pricing. I fully trust the BL crew to make me look and feel good every time I go!

Our recent girls' trip to Salt Lake City, inspired by the fabulous Housewives of Salt Lake City, wouldn't have been complete without a visit to Heather Gay's iconic Beauty Lab + Laser! As massive fans, we were beyond excited, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the stunning location, we were met with incredible warmth and friendliness. Tegan and Georgia welcomed us with open arms, and the laughter and stories flowed freely – meeting Georgia was a highlight! We each indulged in the "Good Time Girls Facials," and my esthetician, Micah, was absolutely fantastic. She ensured every aspect of my treatment was perfect, leaving me feeling refreshed and glowing. For anyone in the Salt Lake City area looking for top-notch services and an unforgettable experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Beauty Lab + Laser! Also special shout out to Dallas who is such a doll and a great addition to the Beauty Lab team :-)
