After years of clear skin I've been breaking out in adult acne that's almost worse than highschool. I had two facial peels gifted to me I decided to use. Yesterday Chloe did a mini facial peel for me (I've never done it before so she wanted to start slow). She described every step of what she was doing and why. I definitely felt like she was focused on my specific issues and was thinking each thing through that it was the best for me. I woke up this morning with my skin already a bit clearer than it was before. I'm excited to come back for the next peel and maybe work on some of the scaring in the future.

Lauren did a full peel for me, and was amazing and so sweet! Her talking to me during the procedure helped as this was a much stronger peel than the last one I did. This was my first time at the Riverton location since there was a scheduling conflict, it’s a beautiful location, but I think due to holiday shopping traffic was a little crazy getting in and out of the parking lot.

I had my 1st micro needling + chemical peel done with JAYLEE & it was an awesome experience 🙌🏻! Since it was my first time having that treatment done I didn’t know what to expect so of course I asked all the first timer questions & she was very sweet & informative. Throughout the treatment she continued to asking me how I was doing & was great at encouraging a conversation to help take my mind off of any minor discomfort. I will definitely be going back for my 2nd treatment soon 😊. Ps. Random sidenote… the restroom was very clean and the interior design was very cool 😍.

Lauren was absolutely amazing — she took the time to thoughtfully listen to my skin concerns and created recommendations that felt both personalized and effective. Her knowledge and guidance around treating my melasma and sun damage made me feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Laura is such a bright light and pure joy to be around. Her energy is contagious and her work is truly artistry. Being in her presence is always a treat. And it’s always wonderful to see Sam as well — she is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. They each make the experience feel special and comforting. I even walked away with some fantastic recipe tips from Krista, which just speaks to how this place feels more like a community than a typical spa. The entire Beauty Lab team is filled with kind, talented people and I adore them all. If you’re looking for exceptional care and real results, this is the place. Highly recommend! 💛

Great experience! I went in for a consult and they didn't try to upselling me on a ton of products. They took the time to understand my concerns and created a treatment plan that aligned with my concerns and budget. Since this time I've had several other facial treatments and each time was a great experience. First time going there, hadn’t had a facial in a year. The experience was great and the staff was super nice and professional. My skin feels refreshed and softer, it was red when I left but it calmed down after a few hours. I got the led light therapy phantom facial but they didn’t do any extractions. Website description is “Our signature Phantom Facial includes a cleanse, extractions, a light medical grade chemical peel or mask, and LED light therapy treatment.” I would probably go back.
