Heather Gay: Hi, BravoTV.com. You might recognize this parking lot. This is where it all began. This is where the party bus was parked. This is where the SWAT team's Escalades pulled up. [A clip from the show plays: officers arrive, mention Homeland Security, and say they are looking for Jen Shah.] There's a chance that this will eventually become a historical landmark, just because of what we've experienced. Come on in and I'll show you around the place.

This is our front desk reception area. We don't have a lot of seating because you never wait more than 20 minutes at Beauty Lab for your appointment. This is our sushi menu of services. Everything is outcome based. Prices are posted. There's no hidden markup. There's no math. You come in, you choose what you want, and we give you that service with 100 percent customer satisfaction.

This is our famous selfie wall where everyone comes, and it's a ritual. When you come to Beauty Lab, you have to stand here and pose and take your picture, if you want to. If you want any social media cred, this is the shot you need to have. So come on back. There's a lot more to see. This is the very, very beginning. These wings were used in the season one finale when we opened this location. That was two years ago. And now Beauty Lab is opening its second location, hopefully a third. We are busting at the seams.

You can come in with more than one person and sit like these two best friends getting facials right now. Normally, you're isolated and alone in a room with an esthetician you've never met, and that can be a lot of pressure to talk, to chitchat, and it's unnecessary. Self-care should be fast, it should be easy, and it should be stress-free.

We also do laser hair removal over here on your most tender parts. This is the private laser room. We don't have a community laser room because we do so many Brazilians, which we describe as a Brazilian laser is belly button to backside, completely hair-free. We like to say smooth like a dolphin.

This is where the magic happens. We call it the boom-boom room. This is my office with Dre. I really appreciate you coming and seeing a little piece of my heart, which is Beauty Lab + Laser. It has been the vehicle for me to become financially independent and really find my purpose outside of being a mom. So I'm glad I could share it with you, and thanks for coming.
