Everyone here is so friendly! I saw Tori and the visit was nice, quick and easy. She explains everything she’s doing and it’s over in no time. Front desk staff is also super welcoming and kind. I will definitely be back!
My procedures at Beauty Lab and Laser were great. Jason was excellent. Sam was wonderful. I was apprehensive going there due to the negative social media. But I was so wrong. Every one was professional and very skilled. I have gone to other med spas in the Salt lake area but this was a wonderful experience. Not only are you close to my residence but a great Spa. You have a loyal customer! Thank you!
Can't say enough nice things about Beauty Lab. The folks here go above and beyond to take care of their clients. I highly recommend Lauren for facials-- she is kind, knowledgeable, talks you through every step, and makes you feel so relaxed you'll want to take a nap. You can always count on Dallas and Parker to greet you with a smile and make you feel so special. Thank you Beauty Lab for being my go-to place for facials and for making me feel beautiful!
Had such a good experience here! The staff are all so kind and welcoming, and managed to fit me in when my appointment was accidentally scheduled at the wrong place. I've been doing treatments as part of their "Don't Leave" campaign, which has been life changing. Would absolutely recommend.
This place is so clean and beautiful. The staff is excellent, Dallas was amazing he did an excellent job with that laser! I am so glad I found this place!
I have been to the Beauty Lab 3 times now. They are always so kind and listen to my desired outcome. Jason performed my injections and was very informative and helpful. I apologize for not remembering both people who assisted him. They were both great!!! Thank you for helping me look and feel beautiful!!!
My mom and I got hydrafacials today with Natalie and Miranda. They were both so kind and attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone at Beauty Lab was so sweet and our faces look so fresh!! Chad at the front desk was kind enough to take cute pics of me and my Mom as I’m a massive Housewives of SLC fan
Lauren and Teagan are so great! I had my first laser treatment today and Lauren was so warm and welcoming. I really appreciated her honesty about my hair and how it will be with the laser. Also Teagan was super helpful with checking in and any questions I had. I highly recommend the Beauty Lab Laser!
I go to beauty lab to get a laser scar removal treatment, and every time I have gone I've had an amazing experience! The two girls at the front desk (Sam and Miranda) are super inviting and nice. Shelby has done my laser treatment the last two times, and I would highly recommend her! She always details the necessary prep and aftercare for the treatment, makes me feel super comfortable, and gets me in and out of there in about 10 minutes. I love beauty lab and would recommend the laser scar removal treatment to anyone whos looking into it! I have noticed a huge difference after just two sessions!
I love beauty lab! Everyone is so friendly and attentive from the moment you walk in. Laura is amazing with injections and it feels like I’m catching up with an old friend. I’ve never had a poor experience with facials or skin treatments but recently had Natalie and Christina and loved them both. I highly recommend the lab!
I chose this med spa based on location and I had no idea what to expect. The staff was immediately welcoming and informative on all of my questions. They went above and beyond to be friendly and to make the experience less stressful. Shout out to Dee and Channy for keeping me calm with the needles and for creating a beauty plan that works for me. Huge thanks to Kylie, Lauren, and Lexi for making sure my beauty bank applied properly at checkout 💜 If you're on the fence, just go already. The prices are competitive and the location is immaculately clean and professional. You won't regret it.
Natalie is amazing as always! Every visit is welcoming and calm. I have been coming here for many months now and have never had any complaints. Their staff cares about their clients, always very sanitary, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about what they do. I try to recommend all my friends and family to come here. Happy to be a recurring client!
It was my first time getting my lips done and Jason and Raven were fantastic! They were great at explaining everything,everything was very clean and made me feel very welcome! The front desk staff is out of this world! Chad, Dallas and another girl I spoke with were fantastic! I work in hospitality and customer service and this crew is amazing! Highly recommend!! You know what they say, “life’s short buy the lips!”.
Amy was a gem! She answered all my questions regarding the chemical peel and was very attentive in asking if I was okay!
I really love this Riverton Place! Makes me more comfortable and wonderful people that works with us. Micah is so sweet and always makes me more comfortable when I go and visit her. Very relaxing and enjoyable. I always get so excited to see Micah!
Laura is amazing!! I got my lips done with her yesterday and it was such a great experience. Savannah was her assistant and they both were very sweet and wonderful! Their front desk staff Cole and Ashley were awesome as well! I felt very comfortable being here. I love my lips and I’ll definitely be going back to Laura for more!
I get laser hair removal here and it is fabulous. I always get in and out of there super quickly! The office is brand new and looks so clean and the staff is super friendly. Sam & Krista helped me out today at the front desk and Allie did my laser treatment. She always makes me feel super comfortable!
I’ve been seeing Laura for lip filler going on 3 years now! She is charismatic, professional, and all around a lovely human being. I always feel like I’m catching up with a friend. My visits are always quick and efficient. At my most recent visit Raven, Chad, and Madi at the front desk were welcoming and made the check in/out process as easy as possible. Laura’s assistant Cece had me in right away and was friendly and confident. I always feel well taken care of. I also want to add that the team hypes me up just as much before my appointment as they do after! I’m constantly being reassured how great I look when I come in, and I have never felt pressured to get more treatments. In fact, I’ve never had anyone try to “sell” me anything. It’s a welcoming and safe place for treatments, and I wholeheartedly recommend BL+L and their staff. 15/10 stars
This was my first experience at Beauty Lab + Laser. I found them via a Google search while looking for a facility that had the ability to do airbrush tanning. The office was very clean, bright and the staff was very kind. Elsha McKay was prompt, professional and gave me a fantastic airbrush tan. Exactly what I wanted and by far the best, most affordable sunless tan I have ever received. I will definitely be back!

9/2025 Update: I received lip filler and Dysport with Tori. She always knows just what to do, and I appreciate her knowledge and guidance. I always have a wonderful experience coming to Beauty Lab, and the staff is great. Chloe was assisting Tori, and was helpful and kind. I will always come back to Beauty Lab. 4/2025 Update: I had another great experience at Beauty Lab. I got Dysport and chin filler for the first time along with lip filler. Tori was so helpful in explaining the process, and offering suggestions, and did an incredible job. Lexi assisted Tori and was so kind. I’m looking forward to my next experience at Beauty Lab! 8/2024 Update: I came back to Beauty Lab for lip filler. Tori did my lip filler, with Madi assisting her. I had a great experience. Tori is always so fast and skilled, and she does amazing work. Madi and Tori were the best, and I will for sure be back! 10/2023 Update: I went back to Beauty Lab for the 3rd time for lip filler. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Tegan, Dallas, and Cece were so great! I worked with Lauren and Tori for my fillers. Lauren and Tori were so kind and are great at their job. I’ve seen Tori for lip fillers 3 times and she does an incredible job every time! She is so talented, and her work is flawless. I’m excited to go back to Beauty Lab for more services! 8/2022: I had a great experience with Eisha and Tori. They were very welcoming and friendly. They explained everything to me so well. Tori did a wonderful job, and she was fast which was amazing! I’m looking forward to working with them again!
the whole beauty lab staff was absolutely incredible. parker and lauren were both so sweet and wonderful to talk to. i saw reagan to get my lips done for the first time and he did a wonderful job. the front desk staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. i will definitely be coming back!
I go to Beauty Lab for all of my skincare needs; laser hair removal, microneedling, and IPLs. I always book with Miranda, she's so thorough and careful, and I always walk away with incredible results - she's the best I've found! I will continue to go back to Miranda over and over again - Thank you Beauty Lab, love you guys!
