UPDATE: I've been continuing my laser sessions with Logan, and she too, is amazing! On top of making me feel so relaxed and comfortable, she really takes the time to listen to my concerns, and customize the treatment based on how I feel the last session went. If you want to feel like you're chatting with a girlfriend all the while becoming hair free 10/10 recommend! I came in for my first laser hair removal with Kaitlyn and it was a great experience! To start, the new Beauty lab location is so big and feels super fresh and clean. The girls are so sweet at check-in, and Kaitlyn really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the consultation and the treatment! She explained everything in depth before getting started, which was definitely appreciated as a first timer. The service was virtually pain free, and quicker than expected, which were both pleasant surprises. On top of that Kaitlyn was extremely friendly and outgoing the whole time. It was such a great experience that I booked my next appointment with her before leaving!
Laura is the cutest ever and so talented! She tailors the experience to each of her clients, focuses on listening and education. Seriously the best!
My first time at Beauty Lab + Laser was great! The front desk staff (Raven & Stevoni) were warm and friendly and checked us in promptly. We felt very comfortable asking questions to Regan and Alli was able to help my mom and I get in a second service while we were there. they took time to explain the difference in services and products. Overall, a great experience here! My mom and I will definitely come back and will even refer out friends!
This place is the best!! Tegan was so welcoming when I walked in. Dee did my dysport & was so great. She did exactly what I asked- didn’t try to talk me into more or anything. Her assistants, Laura & Stevoni were great too. They distracted me from feeling the injections. This place was 10/10. Will definitely be back
I have been doing spray tans from Beauty Lab and Laser, Murray location for the last year now. I have seen many of their technicians. In fact, probably all of them throughout my time there, they are All great, I've had a wonderful experience with each one of them and all of there counter staff is kind and helpful as well. Today I saw Stevoni for my Tan and Chad at the front counter. Once again a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this salon they are amazing. THEY ALWAYS HELP ME TO LOOM AND FEEL BEAUTIFUL!
Just had my first laser hair removal procedure done. Went with the entire back. Dallas and Miranda were super thorough and guided me through the process, which was easier and much faster than I expected. Tegan is always such a treat to deal with at the front desk.
I had an amazing laser hair removal experience at the Murray location! I was greeted by Dallas and Teegan who were very helpful with paper work and did an amazing job juggling many guests at the counter, when I was leaving they were both very informative with booking more appointments and payment options! The appointment its self was comfortable and smooth. Jaylee was very knowledgeable and all things laser hair removal and made sure the appointment went well. A great experience overall!
Lauren and Krista were great! They were both so professional and made me feel so comfortable during my treatment, I will definitely be booking with them again.
My experience at Beauty Lab and Laser was absolutely phenomenal! I recently visited for my second time, and I must say, I am a 'Lab Lifer'! Laura and Lauren S. took care of me during my Botox, cheek, and lip filler procedures, and they were both incredible. Their expertise and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Additionally, Madi G. provided exceptional assistance and support. All three of these ladies truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. I cannot recommend Beauty Lab and Laser enough. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service. Lauren S. is going to give me a spray tan and a hydra facial on my next visit.
Lauren, Regan and Sam were amazing. Regan is a pro and works so quickly. I loved that I could get a full numb block. Love love love my lips. Do yourself a favor and go to Beauty Lab for the Mega Lip Plump ❤️
I had the best experience at the beauty lab! My friends and I decided to go to get our first injections + facials. We were a little nervous, however, Raven & the other girl at the counter were extremely welcoming and took photos of us which made us feel more comfortable. Jaylee gave my friend her facial first and invited us over to join her. While she was giving my friend a facial she talked with us about our treatments & to giggle a little bit. Brooklyn was the person to give me my facial and she was an Angel and helped me learn more about my hormonal acne. Next was the Botox! My friend and I both wanted to go to Regan and I’m glad we did bc he knew exactly what to give us- like exactly. Kylie was so nice and helped us feel comfortable and also reminded us how chill it was and how we were going to love our results (she was so right) I can’t wait to go back to beauty lab + laser it was the perfect place to have first facial + Botox. I’m so stocked it was a great first experience I now I’m simply hooked!
I was super nervous about getting my lips done but the staff was so nice and friendly, Chantel and I believe her name was Savannah were so amazing. They made it super comfortable and such a good experience. I will be back fs
Had an appointment with Dallas today. I have never met someone who has made me feel more comfortable quickly for my first treatment. Probably one of the kindest people I’ve ever met with a great attitude. Highly reccomend!! 🤍 …

Front desk is super helpful and always so nice. It’s a fun professional environment whenever I’ve gone there (for a few years now). Clean and beautiful business space. I also love that they have removed the awkwardness of TIPPING-they don’t allow you to tip on any service-which is actually kind of nice because if you’re like me, you never know what’s appropriate to tip and what services expect a tip. So, that fact alone says A LOT about this brand and company. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Fairly priced, and I love that they list all their pricing on their site. 1000% recommend Mark and Kylie! They both were super sweet and made me feel comfortable for my lip filler being my first time and the best part was the results!! Amazing job!!
I love this place! They are so sweet! I dis the kini lip plump but I also scheduled the microneedling facial at one time. I just had too kuch sun exposure by the time it was my appt and they respectfully declined to do the service in case it would mess up my skin. You have to come here for your beauty needs because they care about patients and they offer great results.

Tori is amazing and builds the best relationships with her clients to make sure she gives them a personal experience each time and is honest in what she feels will fit best while allowing your wants to be understood as well. Went in looking for a better moisturizer for my face and a week later my skin feels so much better! Such a fun environment when I walked in! Lauren and Parker were so good at helping me and making me feel welcome
Had a great experience as well as great customer service. My friend and I went as fans of the RHOSLC and we were very welcomed by the staff, specially Chad and Parker who were not only welcoming but encouraged us to take pictures for the memories and gave us great recommendations. Plus, their B12 shots are amazing and affordable. If I’m ever back in Utah, I’m definitely revisiting this place!

I was referred to Beauty Lab + Laser by a friend. I have been unhappy with my thin lips, so I decided to try it. The team was very welcoming! Parker and Chad make me feel at home. Then Madi started prepping me with the numbing cream and she was just so nice! After a few minutes I was taken to a room and Tori worked her magic! I love my lips!! I got the fuller fill and I am very happy with the results. It’s been about 1 week, totally worth it! Tori is very professional and friendly. I recommend their services 100%.
This business is amazing!! I have never been to a lasting company that was so effective and has almost instant results. All the workers are so friendly and genuine. I would recommend this place to everyone. They know what they are doing and make sure their clients know the process and what’s going to happen.
