I had a very nice experience at Beauty Lab. They were very welcoming and very transparent with both the process and pricing. Dallas took the time to explain the entire process around Laser treatments and addressed all the concerns I had. The procedure was quick and almost painless. Dallas was not only professional but also very sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Will definitely recommend Beauty Lab for anyone wanting to get a Laser treatment done.
Had my first hydrafacial today with Natalie and she was absolutely AMAZING! This skin is glowing! Thank you, Natalie! You were so sweet and kind. Heather and the Beauty Lab family are lucky to have you!
Jason does an amazing job!! I asked for a natural contour, mini lip plump and walked out feeling amazing and beautiful. Natural. Jason is kind, knowledgeable and provides honest feedback without pushing or trying to upgrade. Phenomenal provider!!
My friend, Alexis, and I booked cupcake facials while in town from Arizona. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The facials were so relaxing. But the highlight was definitely getting to meet our fave Housewife, Heather! Such a genuine person and you can see that she really takes care of her employees. Highly recommended!!
I’ve gotten multiple services at beauty lab and it’s always been a great experience! Every staff member I’ve worked with has always been so kind, and I especially appreciate that they walk me through every step they are doing! I’ve received facials from Micah, Dallas, and Amy and all three of them were excellent. I’ve also gotten laser hair removal from Micah and she always makes me feel so comfortable. Beauty Lab is always clean and inviting. I really like how easy it is to schedule online and how they are so transparent about pricing. I fully trust the BL crew to make me look and feel good every time I go!
I love this business, They are fast and friendly with great results. I can usually get an appointment the same day!

Great experience, first time here and am glad I made an appt. Had a hydra facial and compared prices to a few places in Draper and they were less. Loved the service and how my skin looked and felt afterwards. I will definitely be coming back. Both girls there were very nice and welcoming. I hardly had a wait too. Thank you, I have told my friends about how great you all were too!

Our recent girls' trip to Salt Lake City, inspired by the fabulous Housewives of Salt Lake City, wouldn't have been complete without a visit to Heather Gay's iconic Beauty Lab + Laser! As massive fans, we were beyond excited, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the stunning location, we were met with incredible warmth and friendliness. Tegan and Georgia welcomed us with open arms, and the laughter and stories flowed freely – meeting Georgia was a highlight! We each indulged in the "Good Time Girls Facials," and my esthetician, Micah, was absolutely fantastic. She ensured every aspect of my treatment was perfect, leaving me feeling refreshed and glowing. For anyone in the Salt Lake City area looking for top-notch services and an unforgettable experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Beauty Lab + Laser! Also special shout out to Dallas who is such a doll and a great addition to the Beauty Lab team :-)
Every treatment with Dallas is such a great experience! He is so kind, and makes me feel really comfortable. Always make’s sure the treatments are working well and is very efficient. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience at Beauty Lab + Laser this morning. I had booked a spray tan appointment. I landed at the SLC airport early and called to see if they could take me earlier than my scheduled appointment. Tegan answered the phone and was able to accommodate me. Upon arrival at BLL, I was greeted by Elsha who performed my spray tan. She was very friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable and at home. I was really impressed by the staff’s professionalism and excitement for all that is offered. I will definitely be back anytime I visit SLC. Thank you for an amazing experience, can’t wait to see you all again.
I loved my first experience at Beauty Lab and was lucky to have Jason! Such a pretty med spa, the staff was so kind and thoughtful of me... above all, I was incredibly happy with my results! I'll definitely be back (psst... come to utah county, please)!
This place is the best. Everyone there is absolutely amazing. They are so professional, kind and caring. They don’t do more than you need on injections. They are clean and fast. I recently had the most amazing experience; I am going through something and went in for an airbrush tan. Chloe is the best at that, I was telling her some of my struggles. She was so kind, caring, professional and made me leave feeling absolutely loved and empowered. I would recommend this place, over any other.
Jason has done it again!!!! Mini lip plump is exactly what I needed - I am seriously obsessed and now I am just looking for things on my face for him to make me look better!

Lauren did a full peel for me, and was amazing and so sweet! Her talking to me during the procedure helped as this was a much stronger peel than the last one I did. This was my first time at the Riverton location since there was a scheduling conflict, it’s a beautiful location, but I think due to holiday shopping traffic was a little crazy getting in and out of the parking lot.
I received the Don't Leave Laser Scar Treatment from Allie and Shelby each on different days and they both did amazing! They made me feel comfortable and took great care of me, same with the people at the front desk. Allie was very efficient and educated me on after care well ☆ Shelby was so knowledgeable and friendly, I felt very safe with her ☆ I'm so grateful to have this treatment offered to people like me!

I received a spray tan from Grace last night. I showed up early for my appointment and I didn’t have to wait for my schedule time which I was very thankful for. Grace did an excellent job she was welcoming (as it was my first visit to Beauty Lab) friendly and explained everything I needed to know to get my tan and after care too. I will definitely return for any touch ups. if you’re thinking of getting a spray tan ask for Grace! Thank you Grace.
Lauren and Laura were amazing! I went in to get a mini lip plump and left with a mini lip plump and a lip flip! It was my first time doing anything to my lips. I’ve been insecure about my lips for so long. I hated that when I smiled, my upper lip tucked under and I felt like I was all teeth. They asked what my wants and needs were with the result and they helped me achieve it. I’m so extremely happy with the results and the ladies were absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!
Dr. Regan is the best in the business! If I had one word to describe his work "Liptastic" The whole staff is amazing. Stop thinking about it and go!!
Jaycee did my laser hair removal and was excellent! She was thorough and friendly. I love BLL! So happy to have one on this side of the Valley.
I had a dermaplane facial with Miranda and it was the most thorough dermaplaning I've ever gotten! Miranda was a sweetheart, too. Highly recommend!
